First, in the mechanism section A for intermittent tape feeding, a pair of upper and lower feed rollers 9 and 16 are arranged on shafts 5 and 10 supported between the left and right machine frames 1 and 2. The lower shaft 5 has a feed lever 6 connected to its right end via a one-way clutch 7, and a crank eccentrically connected to the end of a drive shaft 3 which is continuously rotated from the drive section of the packaging machine via a chain train 8. It is connected to the head throat 4 via a pin and a long hole. This allows axis 5
At the same time, the feed roller 9 is intermittently rotated in one direction by a predetermined angle via the feed lever 6 every time the crank rod 4 reciprocates. On the other hand, the upper shaft 10 has eccentric shaft portions 11 at both outer ends inserted into support plates 12 inside the machine frames 1 and 2, and both ends are supported by movable bearings disposed inside the support plates 12. It is supported between the tools 13.

It's summery. In addition, by operating the handle 17 attached to the eccentric shaft portion 11 toward the machine frame 2 side, the shaft 10
Since the feed roller 16 can eccentrically rotate, the feed roller 16 can be moved upwardly away from the lower roller 9 to insert and set the starting end of the tape foil t from the tape body T. The tape body T is selected and used according to the properties of the packaging material, and is made by winding a series of tape foils made of thermoplastic colored synthetic resin film that is appropriately wider than the packaging material and has a higher tensile strength. It is set replaceably on a support shaft 18 supported by the machine frame 1. 19 is a guide plate installed horizontally in front of both rollers 9 and 16.

。This intake pipe 53 communicates an intake hole 54 extending in the axial direction with an intake device (not shown) via a pipe, and the intake hole 54 and the intake hole 54 are connected to the outer periphery of the pipe portion corresponding to each of the holders 46. A communicating port 55 is formed to open in the axial direction.
However, the opening 55 is approximately 140 to 15 mm in the circumferential direction of the tube 53.
It is opened over 0 degrees and is set so that the holder 46 can communicate with the intake grooves 45 and 47 over the range from the front of the cutting position (also referred to as the receiving position) to the bonding position. There is. Regarding the rotation control mechanism for the above-mentioned feeding holder 41, a chain wheel 57 with a clutch, which is pivotally fitted to the shaft end 56 of the main shaft cylinder 42, is connected to the chain row 58.
In accordance with the fact that the chain wheel 57 is of a type in which continuous constant rotation in one direction including idle rotation is performed via the chain wheel 57, an electromagnetic clutch 59 attached to the shaft end 56 is linked.

Separation "0FF" by upper cam 62 and its switch 64
shall be carried out. This causes the clutch 59 to “0N,
0FF", the holding body 41 rotates intermittently by 1/4 in response to one revolution of the drive shaft 3, and performs a feeding operation in synchronization with the feeding and cutting operations of the table. The above-mentioned cam 62 is made of a square plate as shown in the figure, and four cam parts 63 are formed at equal angular intervals at each corner of the cam 62, and the switch 64 for this is a rod with a trochanter. It is assumed that each time 65 is pushed by each cam portion 63, it is turned [0N]. Further, the rotation transmission mechanism of the holding body 41 may be an intermittent type that does not require the clutch 59. In order to more accurately rotate the holder 41, a braking means for positioning and stopping the holder 41 is fixed on the shaft end 56 of the main shaft cylinder 42 in parallel with the cam 62. A locking lever 69 is provided opposite to the tarlage board 66.

A guide surface 68 is formed in between, and a locking lever 69 for this is supported by a pin 71 of the machine frame 1 and is always biased and held by a spring 72 in a state in which the pawl 70 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the clutch disk 66. has been done. As a result, in the braking mechanism, after the clutch 59 is turned 0FF by turning the switch 64 0N, the pawl 70 of the lever 69 enters into engagement with the locking groove 67 at the appropriate time, thereby stopping the subsequent inertial rotation of the holder 41. Thus, the holder 46 can be accurately stopped and held at each rotation end position, particularly at the cutting position. The above-mentioned lever 69 releasing means may include, but is not limited to, an electromagnetic solenoid 73 as an example.

That is, each time the drive shaft 3 rotates in time with the wrapping operation, the feed rollers 9 and 16 rotate intermittently via the crank rod 4, thereby feeding the tape foil t by a predetermined amount (one cut tape) toward the cutting section. be included. In response to this, the feeding holder 41 is intermittently rotated clockwise via the electromagnetic clutch 59, the clutch disc 66 of the braking means, and the locking lever 69 until it stops at the cutting position. The suction holder 46 is attached to the intake pipe 5 as shown in FIG.
As soon as the first receiving surface 49 receives the starting end of the tape foil t in front of the guide plate 19 from below, the suction hole 51
Hold it by adsorption. The cutting mechanism section B is activated in time with the completion of the suction and holding of the tape at the cutting position of the feeding holder 41, and both rotating shafts are operated from the drive shaft 3 side via the cam 40 and the lever 39. While the holding plates 36 of the chain 2
6 and the knife 28 cuts the starting end of the tape foil along the receiving groove 48 of the holder 46 while accurately horizontally moving the cutting stroke.

のである。(Refer to the figure) In the process in which the holder 46 rotates at the same peripheral speed as the film F through the second pitch from the cutting position based on the continuous pitch rotation of the holder 41, the holder 46 rotates at the same circumferential speed as the film F. Each intake groove 45, 4 is connected to the mouth 55 of the intake pipe 53.
When 7 is separated and cut off, the position is almost synchronous (approximately 150 degrees position)
Then, the first receiving surface 49 and the base 85 of the bonding body 84, which is intermittently rotating at the same circumferential speed with respect to the holder 41 via the spur gear train 82, are simultaneously brought into alignment and contact, and the cutting tape t1 and the film F are brought into contact with each other.
While sandwiching the two, the bonding surfaces of the two may be properly melted and bonded to each other by heating to bond the tape to the film. At the same time, a cut can be made into one side edge of the film F using the knife 88 on the stand 85. (Figure C, No (bright)) At the time of this pasting, the second suction holder 46 (180 degrees) from the holder 46 in the same position is cut in a downwardly communicating air intake position with respect to the intake pipe 53 as described above. It is moving to the position. After that, the feeding to the tape mentioned above,
The operations of receiving, adsorbing, holding, cutting, feeding and laminating are successively continued for each pitch to heat laminate the cut tape.

In accordance with this, incisions M by the knife 88 are formed before and after the knob T2. Note that the welding between the film and the tape may be adjusted based on the temperature adjustment of the heater 86. Further, the table or film may be preheated. Next, cold and hot adhesive tape lamination using the apparatus of this example will be explained.

When using adhesive materials such as molds or hotmel molds that are pre-coated with an adhesive, or when using packaging films that are pre-coated with adhesive or the like for each pitch, remove the heater 86 of the bonded body 84 or turn it off. By setting the tape in this state, tape lamination can be performed in the same operating mode as described above. In this way, the film F that has been tape-bonded by the heat-adhesive or cold-adhesive method as needed by the apparatus of this example can be wound up again into a roll as a so-called cut-tabe film, or it can be directly transported to the packaging section of the machine. It is used by being fed to the side, but in any case, in various packaging, it is folded into a cylindrical shape and sealed at the overlapping edges, and then sealed at two longitudinal points after filling with the product. When it is made into one pillow-like bag or when it is made into an overwrapping paper that covers the surface of the boxed product, the cuttable tab t1 is formed into a bag F1 as shown in FIG.
, the inner circumferential surface of the upper wrapping paper F2 is wrapped around the inner circumferential surface of the upper wrapping paper F2, and the tab T2 thereof is exposed outside the sealing part S1 of the bag and the adhesive part S2 of the paper, respectively, and the incision M is formed in the sealing part S1 and the adhesive part S2. are located respectively.

Can be easily opened by tearing. In particular, since the cutting tape is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the bag or paper, the film portion around the cutting tape can be neatly torn and the bag can be opened without any problems. As mentioned above, in this example device which can perform cut tape lamination, each operating process of tape feeding and cutting can be performed in a series, so the tape is prepared in advance to be cut to a predetermined width and length. It is no longer necessary to feed the tape bodies one by one, and it is sufficient to simply set the tape bodies of the required size.

Moreover, since the starting end of the tape foil from the tape body T is adsorbed by the holder 46 of the feeding holder 41 and held between the holder 46 and the holding plate 36, the tape, which tends to float and fluctuate greatly even in a slight breeze, can be stabilized. While held stationary, straight cuts can be made with great precision, and all cut tabs can be cut to the same predetermined size. Moreover, when feeding and laminating the cut tape, the tape is fed at the same circumferential speed as the film, and the alignment position with the film F is adjusted by setting the communication and isolation of the grooves 45 and 47 with respect to the opening 55 of the intake pipe 53. Since the cutting tape t1 can be continuously adsorbed and held until adhesion, the cutting tape t1 does not peel off or shift from the holder 46 during feeding, is fully adapted to continuous feeding of the film, and can be laminated accurately and neatly at a predetermined position. Moreover, since the outer circumferential surface of the bonded body 84 is shaped so as to be retracted from the film feeding line, thermal damage to the film can be avoided during heat bonding of the tape. Note that the device shown in this example may be modified as appropriate.

In continuous or intermittent rotation of the body, a type may be adopted in which the tape foil is fed in a predetermined amount while being held while the feeding pieces are aligned and abutted against each other. In addition, when using a tape in the form of a continuous string with a width and thickness that does not require cutting into individual pieces as an opening material, the tape is inserted from one end of the holder 46 of the illustrated feeding holder 41. It may also be a type that feeds in the axial direction. Cutting mechanism part B
In this case, the knife is moved alternately along the axial direction of the holder 41 by appropriate reciprocating means, or the knife is reciprocated up and down or back and forth (left and right) toward the holder, and furthermore, in the axial direction of the outer circumference of the roller. It is also possible to use a type in which a knife is attached to the blade and cut based on continuous or intermittent rotation. Further, when the above-mentioned band-shaped tape is fed from the axial direction of the holder 41, it may be provided at one end of the holder. Particularly in the case of the vertical cutting type, a movable holding piece for the table using a sponge or a spring may be attached to one or both sides of the knife. Further, instead of using a knife, high frequency or ultrasonic vibration may be used for cutting. In the feeding mechanism section C1 and the bonding mechanism section D, the holder 41 and the bonding body 84 may have a polygonal shape, a roller shape, or a conveyor shape, for example. The bonding body 84 may be replaced by the holder 41 and cut tapes may be bonded to both sides of the film. Alternatively, it may be of a flat plate type in which the heating means can be switched between 0N and 0FF. Regarding the lamination of the cut tape, the length of the tape may be appropriately selected and the tape may be laminated at the center or half of one side in the width direction of the film as shown in FIG.

In addition, in any bonding mode, it is desirable to provide an unbonded tab T2 or an incision M. In addition, the cutting operation on the film may be performed by a rotary type or a movable type before or after the tape pasting position, and if necessary, the cutting line CL is illustrated in Figure 9, Figure 9. It may also be formed along the longitudinal direction of the tape. In this way, the laminating device of the present invention is capable of handling packaging material of a required size received by the suction receiving surface of the feeding holder at the receiving stop position during feeding of packaging materials for forming bags or overwraps. The opening material and the packaging material are held together and sent to the packaging material side, and each time the suction receiving surface and the bonding surface of the bonded body facing each other across the packaging material align and abut, the opening material and the packaging material are held and bonded to each other. It is something that can be worn. In particular, with the device of the present invention, by continuing to adsorb and hold the opening material until the appropriate position (time) for pasting it onto the packaging material, the opening material is always stably maintained in an appropriate position, avoiding shifting or floating. It is possible.
