Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、キャリジの摺動とともに針床上の編針若し
くはジャックを選択して前後の一方向に少量かつ強制的
に移動するだけでそれらのバットを的確に前後二群に選
別できるようにした編機に於ける選針装置の提供を目的
とするものであるっ本発明の第1番目の発明は、編針若
しくは編針に対応して設置されるジャックを針床に対し
てはね手段により上方位置に配置した編機において、前
記編針若しくはジャックの針幹にバットとは別に上方に
突出する突起を設け、針床上に装架されたキャリジに編
針若しくはジャックのバットを導く誘導通路とその誘導
通路内に適時に突出する選択部材と、前記突起の移動を
制御する案内部材とを設け、キャリジの摺動とともに整
列して誘導通路に導かれるバットに選択的に選択部材を
作用させて前後の一方に移動すると同時に、その移動の
みさせた編針若しくはジャックをはね手段に抗して下方
位置としながら突起を案内部材の下面に潜らせて前後の
一方に移動し、案内部材を潜ったものと潜らなかったも
のの前後方向の僅かな位置差を的確に生じさせ、その位
置差に基いて正確な選針作動を生じさせるようにしたも

ャックを針床に対して前後及び上下に移動可能に支持す
ると共に常にはばね手段によって上方位置に配置した編
機において、前記編針若しくはジャックの針幹にバット
とは別に上方に突出する突起を設け、前記針床上に摺動
可能に装架されたキャリジには、整列誘導される編針若
しくはジャックのバットの誘導通路内に選択的に突出し
てこの突出時に対応する前記バットを前後の一方に移動
させる選択部材と、その選択部材と前後方向に対応する
位置に於いて前記上方位置の編針若しくはジャックの突
起の上端部に接触可能な位置に横設され、かつ前記整列
誘導される編針若しくはジャックの内の前記選択部材の
作用を受けないものの突起を前記誘導通路に従った状態
で案内すると共に選択部材の作用を受けたものの突起を
下降させつつその前後の一側から他側に潜らせる案内部
材を備えたことを特徴とする編機に於ける選針装置。 2 前記案内部材の下側部に、前記突起を潜らせる際に
その突起を徐々に下降させる傾斜面を形成したことを特
徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の編機に於ける選
針装置。 3 多数の編針若しくはその各編針に対応設置されるジ
ャックを針床に対して前後及び上下に移動可能に支持す
ると共に常にはばね手段によって上方位置に配置した編
機において、前記編針若しくはジャックの針幹にバット
とは別に上方に突出する突起を設け、前記針床上に摺動
可能に装架されたキャリジには、整列誘導される編針若
しくはジャックのバットの誘導通路内に選択的に突出し
てこの突出時に対応する前記バットを前後の一方に移動
させる選択部材とその選択部材に連結されかつその選択
部材に対応する編針若しくはジャック以外の他の特定の
編針若しくはジャックを感知する感知動作に関連して前
記選択部材を突出動作させる感知作動部材と、前記選択
部材と前後方向に対応する位置に於いて前記上方位置の
編針若しくはジャックの突起の上端部に接触可能な位置
に横設され、かつ前記整列誘導される編針若しくはジャ
ックの内の前記選択部材の作用を受けないものの突起を
前記誘導通路に従った状態で案内すると共に選択部材の
作用を受けたものの突起を下降させつつその前後の一側
から他側に潜らせる案内部材を備えたことを特徴とする
編機に於ける選針装置。 4 前記案内部材の下側部に、前記突起を潜らせる際に
その突起を徐々に下降させる傾斜面を形成したことを特
徴とする特許請求の範囲第3項記載の編機に於ける選針
装置。 5 前記誘導通路に誘導される編針若しくはジャックを
