デポジットの内容は異なり、ある場合には、発生する僅
少のガスが固化して付着したものであり、また、ある場
合にιLポリオキシメチレン組成物中に含まれる含窒素
化合物が析出したものであることを見出し、そのいずれ
の析出物に対しても有効な除去方法の開発に努め、本発
明に到達した。
