Conventionally, heat-transferable dyes such as sublimable, vaporizable, or melt-transferable dyes, such as triphenylmethane dye bases, disperse dyes, smoke dyes, organic solvent-soluble dyes, and acid dyes, have been used as coloring agents. As a binder, it is preferable to use a binder that is difficult to be dyed by the dye, for example, a paste for textile printing, and use water or an organic solvent as the solvent, and mix appropriate amounts of these dyes, binders, solvents, etc. with a ball mill. A transfer sheet is prepared by mixing the ink and forming a desired pattern on a transfer sheet base such as paper, synthetic resin film, sheet, etc. using an appropriate printing method, and the transfer sheet obtained in this way. and the object to be transferred, heated, and pressurized as necessary to form a transfer sheet with sublimation, vaporization,
Alternatively, a method of forming a pattern on a transfer object by transferring and solidifying only a thermally transferable dye such as a melt-transferable dye onto the transfer object is known as a sublimation transfer printing method.

Conventionally, as this emboss transfer printing method, a method is known in which the fabric to be transferred and the transfer sheet are brought into contact with a heated tin roll for fabric by some method, and then dyed on the convex or concave surface of the embossing roll. However, the present invention relates to a novel method for applying embossing patterns to fabrics without using conventional fabric embossing rolls.

The present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, between a heating roll 1 that rotates at an arbitrary speed and an endless metal wire 2 for patterning, for example, a pipe wire, stretched around the outer periphery of the heating roll 1, In this order, a transfer sheet 3 and a transfer cloth 4 prepared by appropriately printing with an ink containing a heat-transferable dye such as a sublimable, vaporizable, or melt-transferable dye are inserted.

Here, the pressure gripping gear roll 5 is pressed at an appropriate pressure by a pressure roll 7 having a weight 6, and rotates in the opposite direction to the heating roll 1, so that the transferred cloth 4
facilitates insertion. In addition, the heating roll 1 is a transfer sheet 3
It is heated to the transition temperature of the heat transferable dye formed thereon. The transfer cloth 4 is fed out from a cloth supply section 8, and the transfer sheet 3 is fed out from a transfer sheet unwinding roll 9. Further, the endless metal wire 2 moves in the direction of arrow (a) in the order of wire guide roll 10 heating roll 1, guide roll 11, rubber roll 12, and guide roll 13, and is installed in plurality as shown in FIG. ing.
Next, the transferred cloth 4 inserted between the heating roll 1 and the endless metallic wire 2 is dyed by sublimation transfer dyeing with the heat transferable dye formed on the transfer sheet 3 while in contact with the heating roll 1, and at the same time, it is stamped. The fabric is molded with an endless metal wire 2 and processed into a printed fabric with an embossed pattern. In addition, by making the rotation speed of the heating roll 1 faster than the line speed of the endless metal wire 2 and causing slip between the heating roll 1 and the endless metal wire 2, it is possible to improve the embossing of the transferred cloth 4Q. can. That is, the heating roll 1 and the wire 2 create slips, which create folds in the transfer cloth, and the heat from the heating roll 2 sets the folds, and the convex parts of the folds are dyed, creating a unique drawing pattern. An embossed pattern is obtained. The transfer sheet 3 and the embossed textile cloth 14, which have been completely transferred and embossed, are stored in a transfer sheet winding roll 15 and a cloth storage compartment 16, respectively.

If the present invention is carried out by sandwiching the transferred cloth between two transfer sheets, it is possible to obtain a beautiful embossed printed cloth in which a transferred pattern is formed on both sides of the cloth. An embossed printed fabric is obtained in the above manner, but by further post-processing this embossed printed fabric, a tie-dyed printed fabric with an extremely high design effect can be obtained.

That is, by heating the embossed textile cloth for an arbitrary period of time to a temperature at which the embossed pattern disappears while pulling it in the direction in which the embossed pattern disappears, the embossed pattern disappears, and a tie-dyed textile fabric with an extremely high design effect can be obtained. It is also possible to double-transfer the embossed pattern using another transfer sheet during or after the embossed pattern disappears. Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects.
In other words, unlike the conventional emboss transfer printing method, it does not use a fabric embossing roll that matches the embossed pattern.
Embossed printed fabric can be obtained at an extremely low cost. or,
The industrial effects of the present invention are extremely great, such as the fact that by further heat-treating the obtained embossed printed fabric, a tie-dyed printed fabric with extremely high design value can be obtained. Examples are shown below. <Example 1> C. I. NO. DisperseRed6O. and C.
A gravure ink was prepared using the I-NO Disperse Blue 4 dye, and a blurred pattern was printed on 30 g/Nf imitation paper using a gravure printing method to prepare transfer paper.

In addition, a blended cloth of 65% polyester/35% cotton was prepared as the transfer cloth, a coiled piano wire with a diameter of 2 mm was used as the endless metal wire, and a processing machine having the mechanism shown in Fig. 1 was used. Embossed transfer printing was carried out. still,
The conditions were a heating roll surface temperature of 240°C and a transfer speed of 4. .. 5m/min. The resulting embossed printed fabric has convex parts that are vividly dyed in red and indigo, and the border between red and indigo has a density gradient, creating a blurred pattern when viewed as a whole, which has an extremely high design effect. It was hot. Example 2 The embossed printed fabric obtained in Example 1 was set using a pin tenter setter at 180°C for 30 seconds in a manner that stretched the machine direction, and when heated, the embossed pattern of the embossed printed fabric was disappeared, giving a flat appearance at first glance, but upon closer inspection, a tie-dye-like printed fabric with uneven appearance was obtained.

<Example 3> The embossed printed fabric obtained in Example 1 was superimposed on the ink side of dry transfer printing paper manufactured by Nippon Thermo Printex Co., Ltd. and the dyed side of the embossed printed fabric, and the embossed fabric was The printed fabric is subjected to a transfer process at 200°C for 25 seconds while being tensioned in the direction of its flow to stretch out the pleats, and at the same time, a pattern formed on another transfer paper is transferred onto the dyed surface. By printing, a printed cloth with extremely high design value was obtained, in which the tie-dye pattern and another design were integrated.
