Traditionally, printed fabrics for home sewing have been made in the form of a pattern as shown in Figure 1 with a pattern 2 printed inside the pattern line 1, or a set of fabric that has been printed on the entire surface and a pattern that has been cut separately. Those that have been prepared are commercially available. In the former, these conventional products are cut and sewn by inserting scissors into a pattern, and in the latter, a paper pattern and printed cloth are combined, cut, and sewn. The present invention relates to a printed fabric for home sewing, and more particularly to a method for producing the same.

To explain the present invention in detail below, as shown in FIG. 2, an appropriate pattern is formed on the surface of the transfer cloth 3 using an ink containing a heat transferable dye such as a sublimable, vaporizable, or melt-transferable dye. The printed pattern transfer sheet 4 is placed in close contact with the other side, and the pattern lines for cutting and sewing specifications are printed on the back side with an ink containing sublimation, vaporization, or melt-transferable heat transferable dye with low dye penetration. A printing cloth for home sewing in which a pattern is formed on the surface of the transferred cloth 3 and a pattern is formed on the back side is manufactured by closely adhering the pattern transfer sheet 5 on which the patterns, etc. are formed, heated, and pressurized as necessary. It is. In the figure, 6 indicates a heating plate, and 7 indicates a flat plate. Furthermore, as a matter of course, the pattern transfer sheet 4 and the pattern transfer sheet 5 may be transferred simultaneously or sequentially, as described above. Here, heat transferable dyes such as sublimable, vaporizable, or melt-transferable dyes include:
Examples include triphenylmethane dye bases, disperse dyes, smoke dyes, organic solvent-soluble dyes, and oxidation dyes, with disperse dyes and cationic dyes being particularly suitable.

In the present invention, the dye penetrance refers to the degree of penetration of the dye into the transfer fabric when the heat transferable dye transfers and penetrates into the transfer fabric under the same conditions. Dyes with high penetration are called dyes with high dye penetration, and dyes with low penetration that remain only on the surface of the transferred fabric are called dyes with low dye penetration. Specifically, as a dye with low dye penetration, S mountain mikaron Blue E-FBL is used.
, S River mikaron Yellow E-Yama G (dye manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) at Kavaron Polyes Pin
kBL-F (dye manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd.) and the like are commercially available.
Furthermore, if an ink containing a dye with a high dye penetration rate is used in the pattern transfer sheet, the dye may penetrate to the surface of the cloth to be transferred, which is not preferable. Examples of the transfer sheet base include paper, nonwoven fabric, film, and metal foil.

Here, the heating drum 9 is heated by various means such as steam, oil, etc., and is heated by various means such as steam, oil, etc.
The transfer is completed while the pattern transfer sheet 12 passes over the heating drum 9. Next, by the pattern transfer sheet separate roll 13 and the transferred cloth separate roll 14,
Separate the pattern transfer sheet 10, transfer cloth 11, and pattern transfer sheet 12, and store each pattern transfer sheet storage case 15.
, a transfer cloth storage case 16, and a pattern transfer sheet storage case 17. After the transfer is completed, if the transfer cloth and transfer sheet are not immediately separated using each separate roll,
Due to residual heat, the dye is transferred from the transfer sheet, resulting in double images,
This is not desirable as blurring etc. occurs. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 18 indicates a pattern transfer sheet supply case, 19 indicates a transfer cloth supply general case, and 20 indicates a pattern transfer sheet supply case.
In addition, as shown in Figure 4, for sewing L size, M size, S size, etc.
The printing fabric for home sewing, which is transferred and formed on the back side of the transferred fabric using the pattern transfer sheet 22 provided with the pattern lines 21 for cutting, has extremely high effects that cannot be obtained by conventional methods.

Next, using a transfer device as shown in Fig. 3, transfer was performed on polyester knit under the transfer conditions of a heated roll surface temperature of 205°C and a transfer time of 29 steps, so that a beautiful printed pattern was printed on the front surface and yellow (L) was printed on the reverse side. A printed fabric for home sewing in which the pattern lines of the sewing pattern of red (M size), red (M size), and indigo (S size) were dyed sharply and only on the surface was obtained.
