Conventionally, assembled shelves have been made of wood-based materials or metal, but those made of wood-based materials are those made of natural wood planks or synthetic resin on the outer surface of particle board, fiberboard, etc. There are sheet overlays made of plywood, etc., but they have drawbacks such as warping and wrinkling, and are heavy and inconvenient to handle. Also, metal products are made of metal, even though they are sturdy due to the material. It has the disadvantage that it is not suitable for wooden houses due to its weight and the texture of the material.

The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and the side plates and shelf plates have high compressive strength, especially strength against bending and torsion, and are durable. The thickness of the shelf plates and side plates can be freely changed and heavy objects can be placed on them. Despite the fact that the side panels and shelf boards themselves are lightweight and strong, they do not warp or twist, and the exterior is covered with a decorative sheet, making it possible to produce assembled shelves in large quantities at low cost with an extremely beautiful and excellent design. This is what we intend to provide.

A surface plate 7 is prepared in which a plurality of V-shaped bending grooves 6 are opened in parallel in the longitudinal direction to reach the decorative sheet 5 but not damage it. On the surface of the substrate 4 on which the decorative sheet 5 is not attached, approximately circular core materials 8 are arranged at appropriate intervals, and columnar core materials 9 are also attached to the surface of the substrate 4 of the surface plate 7. The decorative sheet 5 is placed on the non-adhered surface, and as shown in FIG. The core material 8 and the columnar core material 9 are sandwiched between the substrates 4 facing the surface plate 7, and the surface plate 7, the core material 8, and the columnar core material 9 are bonded together using an adhesive. and are fixed together.

[Scope of Claims] 1. Consisting of a side plate and a shelf board, the side plate and shelf board have a flexible decorative sheet attached to one surface of the substrate, and the decorative sheet is attached from the opposite surface of the substrate. A surface plate is formed by forming a bending groove or narrow groove with a V-shaped cross section or a bending groove and a narrow groove parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction to the extent that it reaches the sheet but does not damage it, and has a substantially trapezoidal cross section. A core material formed into a hollow cylindrical shape with a substantially circular or polygonal cross section by bonding a plurality of band plates at an angle is placed at appropriate intervals on the surface of the substrate to which the decorative sheet of the surface plate is not attached. At the same time, a columnar core material is also arranged on the surface of the substrate to which the decorative sheet of the surface plate is not attached, and the bending grooves and narrow grooves of the surface plate are closed to form the core. The surface plate, the core material, and the columnar core material are clamped between the facing substrates of the surface plate, and the surface plate, the core material, and the columnar core material are fixed together, and the columnar core material of the side plate is fixed in the longitudinal direction. A fitting groove into which the base of the shelf holder is fitted is not formed, and large fitting grooves into which the fitting portions of the shelf holder are fitted are formed at both ends of the shelf board, and the base of the shelf holder is fitted into the fitting groove of the side plate. What is claimed is: 1. An assembled shelf, characterized in that the shelf board is fixed at an appropriate position on the side board by fitting and fixing the fitting part into the fitting groove of the shelf board so that the shelf board can be hung. 2. The assembled shelf according to claim 1, wherein the decorative sheet is a vinyl chloride resin sheet. 3. The assembled shelf according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the band plate is formed by having a plurality of parallel notch grooves each having a V-shaped cross section in a plate material. 4. Claims 1, 2, or 3, wherein the surface plate is formed by closing narrow grooves to form an arcuate edge.
Assembled shelves as described in section. 5. The receiver has a receiving part protruding horizontally at an appropriate position on the base, a fitting part is provided on the upper part of the receiving part, and the distance from the base becomes narrower as it goes downward into the fitting part, forming a tapered angle. The assembled shelf according to claim 1, 2, 3, or 4, further comprising a tongue-shaped brim and a projecting piece formed at an appropriate position on the back surface of the base.
