In the manufacturing method of artificially decorated veneer, which expresses a wood grain pattern on the wood surface whose boundary surface is modeled on the annual ring lines, the two sides of the material veneer to be laminated during the pressure bonding process using the uneven mold are Since a larger pressure is applied, there is a drawback that poor adhesion is concentrated in the curved center of the resulting flitch.

This is thought to be due to the fact that the normal direction deviates from the clamping direction at both sides, and the thickness measured in the clamping direction becomes larger at both sides than at the center.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artificial decorative veneer that can achieve good adhesion.

Assuming that the central part of the material veneer 1 is given uneven deformation, each material veneer 1 to be laminated as shown in FIG.
An adhesive 2 with a slow gelling time is applied to the central part of the adhesive 2, and an adhesive 3 with a quick gelling time is applied to both sides of the adhesive.

When 50 veneers of m material are laminated and pressed together to create uneven deformation,
It has been confirmed that there is a difference of 1.5 degrees in the laminated thickness between the central part and both sides. Below, we will discuss a specific example of forming a concave-convex deformed fritsch using the concave-convex mold 4 having the above-mentioned curved surface conditions. I will clarify.

Using a sliced veneer of Merapi wood of 1800mm x 1800mm, dyed and treated to adjust the water content to 80%, a urethane adhesive was applied as the fast gelling adhesive 3 on both sides in the longitudinal direction over a width of 150mm. / m, and at the same time, apply 100 g/m of the same urethane adhesive having a reaction rate of about 2/3 compared to the adhesive as the adhesive 2 with a slow gelling time in the longitudinal direction over a width of 300 mm in the remaining central part. m and apply this at a pressure of 1 0 k9/c
300 sheets were laminated under the conditions of fjL and pressing time of 3 hours, and pressed and bonded using the uneven mold 4 to obtain a deformed frit.

A spreader 5 for spraying adhesive 2 and a spreader 6 for spraying adhesive 3 having a fast gel time are provided on both sides, respectively, and each material veneer 1 is conveyed to the installation area of these spreaders 5 and 6. This allows them to be done at the same time.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive 3 having a quick gelling time is applied to both sides of the material veneer 1 and to the portions corresponding to the curved portions 4'a of the curved surface of the uneven mold 4'. However, the adhesive 2 having a slow gelling time may be applied to the portions corresponding to the peaks and valleys of the curved surface of the uneven mold 4'.

Although the agent solidifies quickly, the clamping pressure is stronger than that applied to the central part, so it is fixed quickly and the temporary clamping is completed without any adhesion failure.

The bonding is carried out slowly, and good adhesion can be achieved without any adhesion defects even in the central region.

As a means to prevent this, the type of adhesive applied to the material veneer is partially different, but the bias in the clamping pressure causes the difference in the laminated thickness between the center and both sides of the material veneer. Therefore, in the above-mentioned Shumei, a large amount of resin is applied to the part of the material veneer 1 where the adhesive 2 with a slow gelling time is applied, and a small amount is applied to the part where the adhesive 3 which has a quick gelling time is applied. By applying the resin, the difference in the laminated thickness can be corrected by the thickness unevenness of the applied resin, thereby preventing the clamping pressure from being uneven.

。In addition, when using a concave-convex mold 4 as shown in FIG. 4, which forms both peaks and valleys on one pressing surface of the concave-convex deformed flitch, resin or resin bonding is applied to the entire surface of the material veneer 1. 100 to 120.9/m of the adhesive, and then layered on the areas where the adhesive 2 with a slow gelling time described above was applied, that is, the areas corresponding to the peaks and troughs of the curved surface of the uneven mold 4'. By applying the coating at a rate of 60 to 809/rn', it is possible to correct the difference in laminated thickness due to uneven deformation.

ることができるという効果を有する。As described above, the method for producing an artificial decorative veneer of the present invention includes a step of press-bonding laminated material veneers with an adhesive in a concave-convex mold to form a concave-convex deformed fritches curved in an arcuate shape. An adhesive with a slow gelling time is applied to the curved central part of each veneer, and an adhesive with a quick gelling time is applied to both sides of the veneer, and the adhesive is pressed and bonded. , the poor adhesion between the material veneers is concentrated in the curved central part of the unevenly deformed flitch,
Good adhesion can be achieved over the entire surface, and since the gelation of the adhesive is slow and the amount of foaming is small in the curved central portion of each material veneer, the amount of foaming is small. This has the effect that the degassing process that is performed in conjunction with the process can be omitted.
