Laminated multiple veneers coated with adhesive,
This is pressed and bonded using a concave-convex mold to obtain a fritchi, and this fritchi is sliced from a predetermined direction to create a wood grain pattern on the wood surface that mimics the laminated boundary surface of each material veneer on the annual ring line. In the method for manufacturing decorative veneers, the mold used for the pressure bonding is the first mold.
In the case of a concave-convex mold 1 as shown in Figure A or a flat mold 2 with an inclined pressure clamping surface as shown in Figure 2, the material veneer 4 is transferred from the fork 3 to the lower mold as shown in Figure 1A. 1a, the height difference between the advance and retreat path of the fork 3 and the pressure clamping surface of the lower die 1a differs depending on the location, so the end of the material veneer 4 that separates from the fork 3 is bent and stacked. The edges of each material veneer 4 become irregular as shown in FIG. 1B. For this reason, it is necessary to remove the uneven edges during lumber processing, but in order to avoid a decrease in the utilization yield of the raw material veneer 4 due to the removal of such uneven edges,
Conventionally, such lamination misalignment of the material veneer 4 has been corrected one by one. However, if the stacking misalignment of the material veneers 4 is corrected one by one in this way, not only does it take time to stack the material veneers 4, but also the material veneers 4 to be laminated are coated with adhesive. Therefore, it has a drawback that it is difficult to correct the lamination misalignment.

An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIG. That is, in the method of manufacturing this artificially decorated veneer, adhesive is applied to one side of the material veneer 4 which has been dyed in a dyeing bath 5 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
Two auxiliary mold plates 7, 7, which are in close contact with the lower mold 1a and whose upper surfaces form a horizontal surface, are placed on the lower mold 1a of the concavo-convex mold 1 consisting of a pair. The material veneer 4 coated with adhesive is carried on the lower mold 1a by a fork 3 and laminated one by one, and when the lamination process is completed, the auxiliary mold plates 7, 7 interposed between the material veneer 4 and the lower mold 1a are As shown in figure D, the lower mold 1a
The laminated material veneer 4 is removed from the side as shown in FIG.
The upper mold 1b is pressed from above as shown in FIG.
This is then sliced into artificial decorative veneers.

In addition, prior to the lamination process of the raw material veneer 4, the four sides of the raw material veneer 4 are treated with a high moisture content using a sponge roll soaked with water, etc., so that the slices of the fritches 9 obtained by lamination and pressure bonding are obtained. During processing, since the moisture content at the end face of the fritches 9 is high, curling does not occur and a flat artificial decorative veneer can be obtained.

In other words, this artificial decorative veneer manufacturing method is to produce a material veneer 4 with a thickness of 1.0 mm that has been dyed in teak color.
In the process of applying urethane adhesive: Bond KU-224 (manufactured by Konishi Co., Ltd.) at a rate of 100 g/m 2 on the surface of Sponge rolls 12, 1 that are partially immersed in a water tank 11 and can be rotated freely
2, and as shown in FIG.
Then, as shown in Figure C, water is applied to the widthwise sides (perpendicular to the conduit direction) using the sponge rolls 12, 12 to give a high water content treatment, and then the layers are laminated and compressed with a concave-convex mold with a pressure of 10 kg/ cm 2 and pressure bonded for 2 hours to obtain uneven deformation frits.
This unevenly deformed fritsch is sliced into 0.2 mm thick pieces to obtain an artificial decorative veneer that reproduces the teak-like grain pattern on the wood surface.

In this example as well, in the slicing process of the unevenly deformed fritches, because the end surfaces of the frits had a high moisture content, the ends of the resulting artificial decorative veneers did not curl and could be finished flat.

As described above, the method for manufacturing artificial decorative veneers of the present invention involves laminating raw material veneers on a mold using an adhesive, press-bonding them to obtain fritches, and slicing the fritches to produce artificial decorative veneers. In the manufacturing method, when laminating the raw material veneers, an auxiliary template is placed on the lower mold, the lower surface of which is in close contact with the lower mold, and the upper surface of which is in contact with the raw material veneer forms a horizontal surface; This auxiliary template is removed after the veneer is laminated, so
This has the effect of significantly reducing lamination misalignment that occurs during the lamination process of raw material veneers.
