Conventional decorative materials for building materials that have been evaluated include thin paper printed decorative boards, polyester decorative boards, melamine decorative boards, tapped decorative boards, and decorative plasterboards, but all of them contain amino acids on printed matter. These decorative materials lack surface air permeability because they are manufactured by applying alkyd resin, polyester resin, or melamine resin, or by impregnating printed matter with resin and press laminating it with a core of paper or plywood. Surface condensation was an unavoidable problem.

The problem was that it had poor surface properties and could not be used for anything other than ceiling materials. The present invention solves the problem that even if a material with breathability is used in a decorative material manufactured using a conventional manufacturing method, the surface is made of resin, so breathability is lost. This is a new method for producing decorative materials that greatly improves the problems of conventional products by providing surface air permeability by kneading a foaming agent. In addition, the effect of the surface breathable resin layer is that when the dew point is reached, the ventilation part absorbs moisture and prevents condensation. The surface also maintains a constant moisture content and has a humidity control effect and the noise of the ventilation hole. It also has a soundproofing effect by absorbing. To explain the details of the manufacturing method of the present invention, a breathable resin layer is formed on a base material 1 (plywood, insulation board, gypsum board, asbestos board, silica board, nonwoven fabric, glass fiber, paper).

Add 50 to 500 parts of filler (calcium carbonate, silica, clay, magnesium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, etc.) to 100 parts (PVC, etc. and copolymers of these resins), knead, and apply by roll coating or knife coating. A method for producing a transferred object having an air-permeable resin film after forming a resin film 2 and drying with a UV lamp or heat. (2)
In the method, the film-forming resin 2 is decomposed at a film-forming temperature,
Gas-generating foaming agents 3 such as sodium bicarbonate and sodium borate hydride; organic foaming agents 3 such as sulfonyl hydrazide typified by P-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide; nitroso-based typified by dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine; After kneading an azo-based organic foaming material typified by azodicarboxamide into the film-forming resin 2, it is coated on the base material 1 by knife coating or roll coating in an amount of 1 to 3%, and the transferred material has an air-permeable resin film. This is a method of manufacturing.
In addition, if sufficient air permeability cannot be obtained with this method, pressurize with a mat-like hot roll immediately after heating and foaming to remove only the surface resin layer and expose the foamed cell surface to the surface. It can be made breathable. Regarding this method, it is optimal to use an organic foam material in consideration of the relationship with the film formation temperature. Depending on the type of foam material, it is also possible to create a material with good air permeability by attaching something to the surface of the foam resin such as paper in advance and peeling off the surface skin layer after foaming. is obtained. Method (3) is a method of manufacturing cosmetic materials by turning the resin into a liquid state, mechanically forming foam by high-speed stirring, and applying this state to a breathable material. Foaming facilitates the formation of open cells and a resin film with good air permeability.Next, the method of transferring the dye onto the cosmetic material is as follows.
A pattern is printed on a paper-based transfer substrate 5 such as high-quality paper, kraft paper, art paper, etc. using a sublimable disperse dye ink 4 to produce a transfer paper.

The transfer pressure must be 1009~10k9//C so that the transfer paper comes into close contact with the object to be transferred.
After the transfer, the dispersed dye ink penetrates into the resin layer and sublimates, resulting in a transfer decorative board with abrasion resistance. The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to specific examples.

A multicolor pattern was printed by gravure printing using a dye ink prepared by converting a sublimable disperse dye into an ink with an aqueous acrylic resin (solid content: 15%) to obtain a transfer paper. Next, the dye ink side of the transfer paper was brought into contact with the above-mentioned resin-coated insulation board, heated and pressed at 190°C for 1 minute at a pressure of 2 kg/Cd, and when the transfer paper was peeled off, only the dye was transferred to the base material. , produced a decorative material with a beautiful multicolored pattern. In addition, since the surface layer and base material of the decorative material had air permeability, no dew condensation phenomenon occurred. [Example 2] The following resin composition was applied to a 3% plywood board using a roll coating method in a ratio of 309/I, and cured using an ultraviolet lamp.
