After being molded and completely cured, it can be colored and shaped if necessary. It is extremely easy to process, even an elementary school student can do it, and has a beautiful three-dimensional appearance, making it perfect for hanging scrolls, frames, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to provide resin print products that can be applied to wall hangings, ornaments, nameplates, signboards, curtains, handbags, and many other items, as well as methods for manufacturing applied products. An example of a manufacturing method embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Place it on the top surface of the Culp sheet 3 with a thickness of about 2 m,
The picture pattern 1 is traced with a pencil, iron pen, etc., and is copied onto the surface of the culp sheet 3 as uneven patterns 4 to 4.

After stirring thoroughly, the resin mixture 6 is applied in a downward motion from the center to the outside of the upper surface of the culp sheet 3 as shown in FIG. The thickness is made uniform to about 0.5 mm or less so that the resin mixture 6 can be sufficiently penetrated. Although it is desirable to apply this resin mixture 6 to the entire surface of the culp sheet 3 as shown in FIG. 3, it is also possible to leave a slight gap around the outer periphery. I. Immediately after applying 6, as shown in Fig. 4, cover the upper surface with a flexible cloth or paper 7, and press the upper surface sequentially from the center toward the periphery with your fingertips, etc., to coat the periphery. By removing the air between the cloth and the resin mixture 6, the resin mixture 6 is sufficiently adhered to the surface of the cloth or paper 7.

In this case, disperse dyes, water-soluble acrylic resin paints, or acrylic resin automatic paints are used as the colorant, and this is dissolved in water and thinner, and colored with a brush, etc. After the colored areas have dried, it is best to brush them to create a glossy finish. In this way, the photographic object 8 copied using white polytel and flexible cloth or paper 7 becomes a picture frame by attaching a frame 9 to its outer periphery as shown in FIG. 6 after the above-mentioned coloring. The picture patterns 1 to 1 of the original plate 2 and the background patterns 5 to 5 are three-dimensionally embossed on the surface of the very thin object 8, creating an elegant impression. Moreover, the photographic object 8 manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention can be obtained by changing the thickness of the resin mixture 6 of the white polytel and by appropriately processing it after coloring. In addition to picture frames, various applied products can be obtained.

In this way, in the present invention, patterns such as pictures and letters are formed in depressions on the surface of the culp sheet 3, which has flexibility and plasticity and has good mold releasability from resin. Even a child can easily form a pattern on the surface of the culp sheet 3 with a pencil, iron pen, etc., and also has the effect of making it easy to release the white polytel and accurately copying the uneven pattern.

Then, the mold can be easily released.
(E) When a catalyst and a scavenging agent are mixed into the white polytel, a softening agent is mixed in to stop the curing of the resin midway, so that the completed photographic object 8 can be made relatively flexible. In this way, it becomes easy to curve the subject 8, and the hanging scroll, etc.
You can make handbags, etc. (f) After releasing the cloth or paper 7 and the resin mixture 6 from the mold, extrude the concave portion with your fingers and reverse the concave and convex portions to harden.

である。By doing this, the uneven pattern of the completed photographic object 8 will be the same as that of the original plate 2.
The shape becomes the same as that of the other one, giving rise to an impressive shape pattern. As described in detail above, the present invention involves forming patterns such as pictures and letters indentations on the surface of a culp sheet that has flexibility and plasticity and has good mold releasability from resin, thereby promoting reaction trapping on the surface of the culp sheet. After applying white polytel to both the agent and the adhesive, a flexible cloth or paper is placed on top of it and adhered, and when the white polytel begins to gel and becomes jelly-like, By releasing paper or the like from the white polytel and the culp sheet, it is possible to easily form an uneven pattern on the culp sheet with a pencil or the like, and
Resin printed products and their applications are extremely easy to process without requiring special tools such as molds, and have the advantage of being able to produce hanging scrolls, frames, nameplates, and other various applied products. This invention is practically excellent as a method for manufacturing products.
