す。このベルト6の一部即ち少くとも二つのプーリ間の
ベルトは回転ドラムに固定された回転芯軸の公転軌跡の
一部と一致するようになすものとする。又このベルト6

の外端には夫々径の異なるプーリ15,16を固着し、
この両プーリ15,16と駆動プーリ17間にベルト1
