Moreover, since it is based on printing, it is difficult to obtain highly decorative products that fully exhibit metallic luster. Of course, if the shape of the container is not like a round container, there are various problems such as problems with either method. The present invention improves this problem by covering the part of the container with a parallel body with a thin-walled metal tube that has been separately printed or otherwise surface-treated, regardless of whether the external shape of the container is circular or other shapes. The object of the present invention is to create a container made of glass or ceramics that can be fitted into a container without the use of special equipment and has a surface layer that is rich in color and has a metallic luster.

At least the object is a container whose body is covered with a metal layer to which the thin-walled metal tube is fixed.

Intended for containers that are fitted with thin-walled metal tubes that have been subjected to printing or other surface treatments, and the ends of the metal tubes are fixed directly or through cushioning materials or adhesives in recesses provided at key points of the container. That is. Another object of the present invention is to provide a container with an excellent aesthetic sense by fitting and fixing a thin-walled metal tube that has undergone printing or other surface treatment onto any part of a container such as a glass container with parallel peripheral surfaces. . According to the present invention, there is no need for special ink or glaze, or special equipment for glass or ceramic bottles made in a uniform manner, such as ceramic bottles.
By applying multicolor printing and adding a metallic luster, it is possible to obtain a container rich in elegance at a low price, or by fitting a metal tube around the body, the container can also be protected against external forces. In any case, the commercial value of industrially mass-produced ceramic product containers could be further improved.

This metal tube 1 has a rolled locking edge, and a lower end edge 12 is provided with the upper end edge 11.
0 into the container main body 1, bend it so as to match the lower mounting step 5 of the main body 1, and then attach the upper edge 11 and the lower bent edge 12.
A metal tube is attached and fixed to the container body 1 by means of the following. In order to securely attach and fix the metal tube 10, both upper and lower step portions 4,
5 is provided with small projections or depressions 4' and radially at multiple locations, and both locking edges 11 and 12 bite into these projections or depressions to prevent rotation of the metal tube 10 to be fitted relative to the main body. Try to prevent it. (It is not necessary to provide one other than those with a round cross section.)The surface of the metal tube 10 is printed with a desired color tone and design in advance before being attached to the container body 1,
In addition, surface treatment such as applying a transparent resin paint to the upper surface is performed, and in the case of the above embodiment, one edge may be curled and attached to the rear main body.

For example, in the case where the thin-walled metal tube 10A with the above-mentioned surface treatment is inserted into the lower half of the container body 1A,
The outer diameter of the lower body half 6 is stepped to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the metal tube 10A, and a groove 7 of an appropriate depth is formed in the upper end of the stepped body 6 over the entire circumference. A locking step 8 is also attached to the periphery of the bottom end, and the lower end edge 13 of the metal tube 10A of a required length is curled so as to engage with the lower locking step 8 of the container body. The tube 10A is fitted into the lower half of the container main body, and the upper edge 14 is bent and fixed toward the groove 7 of the main body 1A. At this time, the groove 7 is filled with a suitable elastic material such as rubber. A cushioning material 9 such as an annular packing or a coating layer of foamed resin is interposed and the upper edge 1 is

For example, when using an aluminum tube, the 0A can be made by extrusion or impact molding using well-known tube printing techniques.
Several pieces are printed at once on the surface according to the required length, then cut to the required length and wrapped around the upper or lower edge, and then separately wrapped around the outer periphery of the main body of the ceramic container. By fitting and attaching, the desired product container can be obtained. Firstly, in addition to the conventional tube printing technology, the surface of the metal tube that is coated with this outer jacket is coated with various patterns using fine scratch-like lines on the metal surface, depending on the metal used. By printing on the top surface and then applying a transparent paint, the light rays are diffusely reflected on the part where the fine lines are engraved, giving it a unique metallic luster, which cannot be obtained conventionally with ceramic products. This resulted in a unique and beautiful product. As shown in the first embodiment, when the metal tube is fitted over the entire body of the container body, the fitted metal tube can damage the main parts of glass or ceramics, which are relatively easily damaged, by external force. It also serves as a protector against water, and also has the effect of preventing bottle breakage.

Once fitted, by using a relatively easily deformable metal tube 10B, the container body 1B can be fitted based on the outer shape of the container body 1B, and finishing treatments such as printing on the surface of the container, which were conventionally very difficult, can be done. It can be easily processed and formed as it has a high aesthetic sense, and the external shape is not limited to polygons, but also ellipses, long ellipses, rectangles, and other irregular shapes, as long as they have corners. This can be done by adding a curved surface, and in the case of such a deformed container, the outer surface helps to increase the closeness between the metal to be fitted and the main body, and it can be removed by arranging the ends according to the shape. It is effective without being overpowering. Furthermore, as an example is shown in FIG. 6, the container body 1C
The outer shape of the cross section is polygonal as in the above embodiment, and a metal tube 10C shorter than the total length of the body obtained as described above is added to the outer shape of the metal tube 10C.
If the container body 1C is fitted into the mounting step 6' provided in the lower half of the container body 1C, a unique aesthetic effect can be obtained.Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the fitting part may not be polygonal. Moreover, it is possible to optionally make the outer peripheral surface shape of the metal tube 10C different from that of other parts, and depending on the shape of the container, the metal tube 10C attachment part may be different from the lower part as well. , it may be fitted to the upper part of the trunk as shown in FIG. All of the above-mentioned cases have been described in which a thin-walled metal tube with a surface treatment is attached only to the body of the container body. Metal tube 10 with surface treatment applied to the bottle neck as shown in the figure
It is also possible to attach D, and of course the container body 1D
The attachment means may be any method depending on the shape of the attachment part, such as the above-mentioned locking method or the method of fixing to the outer circumferential surface using an adhesive.
