The configuration will be explained below along with its operation with reference to the drawings.
Consisting of a motor section 1 and a clutch section 2, the clutch shaft 3 is supported by a clutch bracket 6 through two bearings 4 and 5, and a spline bush 7 is machined on the clutch shaft 3, on which it slides in the axial direction. The movable brake plate 8 and the movable clutch plate 9 are assembled as possible. A brake friction plate 10 and a clutch friction plate 11 are provided facing each of the movable plates 8 and 9, and each of them is connected to the clutch bracket 6 and the flywheel 12 of the motor section 1.
Fixed. When the clutch coil 13 is energized, an electric circuit is made up of the iron core 14, the clutch movable plate 9, and the clutch friction plate 11, and an attractive force is generated in the gap between the clutch movable plate 9 and the clutch friction plate 11, and the clutch coil 13 is attracted. The driving force of the motor section 1 is transmitted to the clutch shaft 3. On the other hand, when the brake coil 15 is energized, the magnetic circuit is composed of the iron 014, the brake movable plate 8, and the brake friction plate 10, and the stationary brake friction plate 101 is attracted to the brake movable plate 8, and the clutch shaft 3 stops. As described above, the clutch portion 2 is operated by electromagnetic force, and therefore, if the lining thickness is large, the distance between the clutch movable plate 9 and the clutch friction plate 11 becomes long, and the electromagnetic attraction force decreases.

Therefore, the lining thickness has to be made thinner.
Conventionally, in order to extend the service life in this state, lubricant was applied to the lining surface to minimize wear on the friction surface during slipping when the relative speed of the lining contact surface was high. However, as the clutches and brakes are operated and wear is repeated, the lubricant is used up and wear is accelerated, so in order to extend the life of the clutch and brake, the lining surface must be further coated with lubricant. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. 2. In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a lining support corresponding to the movable brake plate 8 or the movable clutch plate 9 in FIG. 1, and is attached to a driven shaft (not shown).

In the above configuration, when the mounting screw 25 is passed through the oil case 24 and fastened to the tapped hole 23, the rubber-like elastic body 27 of the oil case 24 comes into close contact with the lining support 21, so that lubricating oil is injected into the space 28. There is no need to worry about oil leaking outside.

In addition, the lubricating oil can be injected into multiple tap holes except for one.
After fastening the mounting screw 25 to the mounting screw 2, lubricating oil is injected into the tapped hole 23 before the mounting screw is screwed into the mounting screw 2.
This is done by fastening the mounting screw 25 to 3. The lubricating oil sealed in the space 28 reaches the back surface of the lining 22 through the gap between the tapped hole 23 and the mounting screw 25, and permeates into the cork layer of the lining 22 over time. At this time, if you simply extend the tapped hole 23 on the back side of the lining 22 at the tap hole 23 or provide an L blind hole or groove 29 to prevent the lining adhesive from getting on this hole or groove 29, it will be even better. Penetration of lubricating oil becomes more effective. According to the above configuration, the lubricating oil stored in the space 28 always moves in fluid motion within the oil case 24 every time the L clutch is operated, hits the threaded part of the mounting screw 25, and is guided by this threaded part. Tapped hole 23 and mounting screw 2
This facilitates the supply of oil to the cork layer of the lining 22 through the gap 5.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the tapped hole 2
A small hole 30 passing through the lining support 21 is provided in the vicinity of 3, so that oil hits the threaded part due to the fluid movement of the oil every time the clutch is operated, and in addition to the above-mentioned guidance of the threaded part.
By hitting this threaded part, the fluid movement of the oil in the vicinity is disturbed, and pressure is also applied to the small hole 301 raised nearby, making it easier for the oil to penetrate.

Further, the tap hole 23 is extended on the back side of the lining 22 as it is. As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, lubricating oil can be effectively supplied to the lining with a simple structure, and the life of the lining can be significantly extended.
