A wide variety of devices for lining existing pipes for water supply, sewerage, etc. have been developed and put into practice, but to the best of the present inventor's knowledge, all of these conventional devices are wet-type lining devices. In this method, water and the materials to be mixed are thickened in advance to form a mixed material ready for use, and this mixed material is supplied to the lining head via a conveyance hose and sprayed onto the inner surface of the pipe. As a result, the mixed material remains inside the conveying hose after the lining treatment, and since this residual mixed material has already been dug, it cannot be reused and has no choice but to be discarded, resulting in wasted material. Furthermore, if the residual mixed material is left in the transportation hose, it will solidify inside the hose, making cleaning the hose necessary and requiring time and effort, and the waste liquid generated during this cleaning and the residual mixture The materials had many disadvantages, such as being industrial waste and causing pollution problems.

1. Supplying the mixed material via a mixer to a lining head that can be pulled freely within the pipe, and using this lining head to disperse the mixed material by rotation and spraying it onto the inner surface of the pipe,
In addition, in pipe lining equipment that uses a finishing trowel attached to the lining head to flatten and finish the sprayed mixed material to a certain thickness, the lining head is operated at high speed by an air motor connected to a pressurized air system. It has a spinner that is rotatable and can freely spray the mixed material onto the inner surface of the pipe, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material that protrudes toward the inner surface of the pipe, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material, and the spinner has one or more openings for blowing out the mixed material that protrudes toward the inside of the pipe, and the spinner has one or more openings on the rotational direction side of the openings. The peripheral wall is formed as a flat part, and a large number of wave-shaped irregularities are formed on the inner surface of this flat part, and the mixer is connected to a lining head on one side, and a supply system for materials to be mixed and a water supply system on the other hand. The mixer is connected to the water supply system via a water ring so that high-pressure water can be freely introduced into the mixer. The end portion is supported between an outer ring which is freely fixed in accordance with the inner surface shape of the mixer for kneading while positioning and moving the materials, and an inner ring arranged concentrically inside the outer ring. A flow regulator having a plurality of twisted vanes is provided; furthermore, the lining head and mixer are positioned at the center of the pipe via a skid with a spring that abuts the inner surface of the pipe; A pipe lining device characterized in that the blade is connected to the tip of a spinner, and is formed into a tape shape by combining a plurality of blades, and has an outer diameter that adapts to the inner diameter of the pipe via a spring. .
