されるし、ハトメの抜け落ちを防止するためハトメ鍔部
を大きくするとロープ孔が膜体縁部より大きく内側にく
るのでローブ孔が膜体綾部補強部から離れてローブ孔に
加わる力の分散が妨げられる結果被れやすくなるとか、
透孔を形成する際打抜き刃物に抜打きくずが喰い込んで
打抜き不良になるなど様々な問題がある。そこで本発明
者は、従来の透孔の代りに、第1図に示すように膜体M

Claims (1)
に、膜体に切込み孔を形成する放射状刃を備えた柱状カ
ツタ、他方にオンハトメを上記切込み孔に挿入するスラ
イダを配設し、且つ該スライダとの間でオンハトメをか
しめるためのかしめ具を備えたことを特徴とする膜体の
ロープ孔補強金具取付装置。 2 スライダとかしめ具は、夫々テーブルの下側と上側
において昇降可能に支持され且つ駆動装置によりテーブ
ル上に載置した膜体を境にして互いに接離させるよう構
成されるとともに、駆動装置に連動連結したカツタは、
駆動装置のかしめ作戦時にスライダおよびかしめ具に先
行して上方より膜体に接近し、カツタの先端部が膜体を
貫通して切込み孔を形成した後スライダが上昇してオン
ハトメを切込み孔に挿入し、次いで切込み孔の周囲に折
曲げられた各舌片および切込み孔周縁部を巻き込む状態
にオンハトメがかしめられるよう構成してなる特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の膜体のロープ孔補強金具取付装置。 3 かしめ具は、柱状カツタと一体化されてなる特許請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の膜体のロープ孔補強金
具取付装置。4 膜体を支持載置するテーブルの作業孔
の上下の一方に、膜体に切込み孔を形成する放射状刃を
備えた柱状カツタ、他方にオンハトメを上記切込み孔に
挿入するスライダを配設し、且つ該スライダとの間でオ
ンハトメをかしめるためのかしめ具を備え、さらにカツ
タによる膜体切込みに先立って、膜体をテーブル上に支
持固定する膜体押えを設けたことを特徴とする膜体のロ
ープ孔補強金具取付装置。 5 膜体を支持載置するテーブルの作業孔の上下の一方
に、膜体に切込み孔を形成する放射状刃を備えた柱状カ
ツタ、他方にオンハトメを上記切込み孔に挿入するスラ
イダを配設し、且つ該スライダとの間でオンハトメをか

オンハトメのかしめに先行してオンハトメ円筒部に膜体
の上側から嵌挿されるリングを、膜体の切込み位置に供
給するリング供給装置を設けたことを特徴とする膜体の
