In addition to providing a processing material carrying-in section, a processing material carrying-out section is provided on the pond side, and a plurality of processing materials are supported and moved together from this carrying-in section through each processing tank to the carrying-out section. A carrier bar is provided,
A first transfer device that supports these carrier bars and moves from the carry-in section to a predetermined position in the processing tank, and a second transfer device whose movement range partially overlaps with the first transfer device and moves from the processing tank to the carry-out section. The first and second transfer devices are sequentially transferred while processing in each processing tank, and the movement of the first and second transfer devices is adjusted according to the number of processing tanks, processing time in the processing tank, etc. The purpose is to achieve the above object by making it possible to perform the movement in an optimal manner and by automating this movement by sequence control or the like.
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

。In FIG. 1, a workpiece 110 brought in by the first traverser 10 is suspended from a hanging rail 12 via a wheeled hanging device 100 by a worker at a sling workbench. The workpiece 1 10 suspended from the hanging rail 12 is carried into the carrying-in section 21 of the rust prevention pretreatment device 20 manually or automatically. At this time, the carrier bar 5 is placed in the carry-in section 21 by the action of the carry-in side carrier bar moving device 80.
The support rail 51 of the carrier bar 50 has been moved to be located on the extension line of the suspension rail 12, and the object to be processed 110 will be transferred from the suspension rail 12 onto the support rail 51 of the carrier bar 50 (Fig. 3). reference). When the workpiece 110 is transferred to the carrier bar 501 in this manner, the pusher cylinders 83 on both sides of the moving device 80 are simultaneously operated to advance the piston rod, and the moving table 82 is moved as shown by the chain line in FIG. is moved to the carrier transfer position.

At this time, the moving bracket 76 of the first transfer device 63 is located near the lower position of the support protrusion 53 of the carrier bar 50,
When the first transfer device 63 is stopped at the carrier bar transfer position, the movable bracket 76 is raised by the lifting drive source 78 and moved to the traveling position. First transfer device 63

is moved to the position of the degreasing processing tank 22 and stopped, and then the moving bracket 76 is lowered, and the object to be processed 110 is immersed in the processing tank 22. At this time, when the movable bracket 76 is lowered and the object 110 is immersed in the proper position, the seats 54 of the carrier bar 50 are supported by the seats 28' on both sides of the processing tank 22. This state will be maintained for a predetermined period of time. On the other hand, when the movable bracket 76 is further lowered and is completely separated from the carrier bar 50, the transfer device 63 is driven to travel.
The object to be treated 110, which had already been immersed in the first washing tank 23, is pulled up along with the carrier bar 50, and then moved to the next process position, that is, the first washing processing tank 23. Process position, that is, pickling treatment tank 24
The object 110 to be processed is immersed in the object 110, and is moved to the next step in an empty state (a state in which the carrier bar 50 is not supported). In this embodiment, the movement range of the first transfer device 63 is up to the pickling treatment tank 24. The treated material 110 immersed in the pickling treatment tank 24 in this way is pulled up together with the carrier bar 50 by the second transfer device 64, and then transferred to the next second washing treatment tank 25,
It is sequentially transferred to the neutralization treatment tank 26, and finally transferred to the carry-out section 27 shown by the solid line in FIG.

The object to be treated 110, which had already been soaked in the washing tank 23 in the previous cycle, is pulled up and pickled. It is carried to the processing tank 24 and immersed, becomes empty, and is again moved to the loading section 21, where it is kept on standby for a predetermined period of time. On the other hand, the second transfer device 64' is transferred from the unloading section 27 to the position of the pickling treatment tank 24, and has already been transferred to the pickling treatment tank 24 in the previous cycle.
The object to be treated 110 that had been immersed in water is lifted up, carried to the second washing treatment tank 25 and immersed, and then immediately pulled up.
It is moved as it is to the neutralization treatment tank 26.

The second transfer device 64, which has been moved to the neutralization treatment tank 26, transfers the object to be treated 110 that has been transported here.
is immersed in the neutralization treatment tank 26, and is moved to the unloading section 27 in an air condition. The carrier bar 50 was moved to the first washing tank 23, where the empty carrier bar 50 was placed, and the carrier bar 50 was transferred to the neutralization tank 26, where it waited for a predetermined period of time. Thereafter, the object to be treated 110 that had previously been immersed in the neutralization treatment tank 26 is pulled up and moved to the carry-out section 27, and the object to be treated 110 is delivered to the carrier bar moving device 90 on the carry-out side. The cycle will repeat. Further, when the empty carrier bar 50 is carried to the first washing treatment tank 23 by the second transfer device 64, the first transfer device 63, which has been waiting at the carry-in position, is transferred to the second transfer device 64. After a short period of time, for example, about 2 seconds, the carrier bars are moved to the first washing treatment tank 23, where they receive the empty carrier bars 50, and then moved to the carry-in section 21 again, where they are filled with empty carrier bars. 50 is delivered to the carry-in side kisser bar moving device 80, and the bar itself is moved to the degreasing treatment tank 22 in an empty state. Here, the processing tank 22 for pre-degreasing
The object to be treated 110 immersed in the tank is pulled up and moved to the first water washing treatment tank 23, where the object to be treated 110 is immersed, and the tank becomes empty, and the above-described cycle is repeated again. Further, the empty carrier bar 50 passed to the carry-in carrier bar moving device 80 is positioned on the extension line of the hanging rail 12 by the operation of the pusher cylinder 83 in the retracting direction, and is used for carrying in the next workpiece 110. It will be prepared. The processed material 110 sent from the rust prevention pretreatment device 20 to the hanging rail 13 side is dried in a drain drying oven 32, as shown in FIG. 1, and then transferred to a masking workbench 33. areas that should not be covered with mortar, such as connection surfaces with other panels or threaded areas, are covered with adhesive tape.

第6図のタイムチャートと全く異なるものでもよい。In addition, since carrier bar moving devices 80 and 90 are provided in the carrying-in section 21 and the carrying-out section 7 of the workpiece 110, respectively, the workpiece 110 is carried in while the first and second transfer devices 63 and 64 are moving. Alternatively, since it can be carried out, work efficiency can be improved from this point as well. Furthermore, the rust prevention treatment system including the rust prevention pretreatment device 20 uses second and third traversers 34 and 43 at appropriate positions to arrange the lines in a zigzag pattern, so it is efficient with less space. Able to perform work well. In addition, in implementation, the number of treatment tanks 22 to 26 and the processing contents of the rust prevention pretreatment device 20 may be different from those in the above embodiment, and the transfer of the carrier bar 50 by the two transfer devices 63 and 64 is performed in the sixth embodiment. It may be completely different from the time chart shown in the figure.

However, the above embodiment has the advantage that the transfer devices 63 and 64 can be used efficiently. Furthermore, transfer devices 63, 64
, the number of moving brackets 80, 90, carrier bars 50, and other configurations of the devices are not limited to the above embodiments, and may have other configurations. It may be modified so that two or more carrier bars 50 can be conveyed at the same time. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a rust prevention pretreatment device with good work efficiency and high versatility.
