The reason for this is that the need for automation did not attract attention because the winding speed of conventional winding devices was slow and there was sufficient time for manual work, and the need for automation did not attract attention in recent years. However, when trying to remove the east side of the material to be wound from the take-up frame, the shape of the winding deteriorated, resulting in extreme problems. In some cases, the paper has a tendency to collapse and fall apart, so it is suitable for manual work, but if you try to automatically remove it from the take-up frame by machine, it is difficult to maintain a good shape. Due to the impossibility of

Examples of such devices include devices for bundling. Although it is sufficient to have one binding machine, it is also possible to provide a plurality of binding machines to bind and fix bundles of material to be wound at multiple locations. However, when a plurality of units are provided, it is preferable that each binding operation be performed simultaneously so that there is no time difference, and automatic winding should not be rate-limited in this process. As a device for taking out the material to be wound,
Any type of device may be used as long as it can take out the material wound on the winding frame by a predetermined amount in response to the contraction operation of the winding frame.

At the same time as it moves from the winding station above the stone to the binding station on the upper left and stops, the clutch operation village 17 rides on the curved bulge turtle 8' fixed to the base frame 1 and rotates. The connecting shaft 3 moves via the rotation shaft 16, and the friction clutch members 1 and 12 are separated, and the rotational force transmission from the connecting bag 13 to the central shaft 6 via the rotation shaft 10 is cut off. During this time, the second take-up frame A
As it approaches the winding station from the take-out station in the lower part of the figure, it starts to rotate as described later, and by rotating the shaft 26 with the air cylinder IJ cylinder 2, the push-up arm 27 is rotated from the chain line position in Figure 2. , support for the upper arm 27. - The material 2 to be wound up is supported by the roller 29, and is held between the holding rollers 33 and 34. In this state, the rotation of the shaft 26 of the upper arm 27 causes the cutter 38 that was engaged with the protrusion 26a of the ratchet 26 to come off. is disconnected. The tip of the cut object 2 to be wound falls along the outer periphery of the second winding frame A located at the winding station, and as the push-up arm 27 is pushed up, it continues onto the tip. The material to be wound 2 is wound, and the winding start is performed smoothly. Thereafter, the cutter 30 is returned to its pre-operation state by the return air cylinder 32, and the shaft 26 is rotated by the air cylinder 28 to open the push-up bowl 2? The cutter 30 is also returned to its original position, and the cutter 30 is engaged with the protrusion 26a. Further, the first winding frame A, on which a predetermined amount of the material to be wound 2 has been wound up as described above, is moved to the first brake cylinder mounted on the support frame 1g immediately after the rotational drive is cut off. 20, the friction plate 2 is attached to the brake plate 22 attached to the arm village 8.
The military is forced to stop it.

There are no particular restrictions on the material to be wound, other than that it must be continuously supplied, but for practical reasons, in the case of film, it should be within 1 inch in width and 1 foot in thickness, preferably less than 1 foot in thickness. Less than 0.1 leg, especially 60
It is often the size of ~10 Buddhas, and in the case of a string-like body, its diameter or thickness is often 5 ribs or less. Various means can be used to wind the leading end of the material to be wound around the winding frame in the transport direction. Some examples include applying saddle adhesive to the winding frame in advance, pasting double-sided or single-sided adhesive tape on the winding frame, and removing the material to be wound from a part of the winding frame. Possible methods include suctioning with a vacuum, hooking a part of the material to be wound with a needle-like object, mechanically holding the material to be wound, or simply winding the material in layers with the aid of air or arm hollers. It will be done. In this invention, any of these means may be used, but since the purpose of this invention is to realize fully automatic winding, it is necessary to select a means suitable for automatic handling in subsequent steps.

Hanging means can also be used. When the material to be wound begins to be wound around the winding frame, it is continuously wound around the winding frame.

Further, although the winding speed is normally operated at a constant value, it can also be varied periodically in systems incorporating an accumulator or the like. When the winding amount of the material to be wound approaches a predetermined amount, multiple (usually 2 to 4) revolving frames rotate. When the amount is reached, the cutting mechanism is activated and the material to be wound is cut so that the front end becomes the east end of the material to be wound on the winding frame, and the rear end is wound onto another winding frame. It is necessary that winding can be started.

It is necessary to stop the winding frame, which has wound up a predetermined amount of the material to be wound, in a positioning calendar so that the binding operation is not hindered. That is, the present invention effectively utilizes the characteristic that the take-up frame takes the same angle several times during one rotation.

Therefore, as conventionally thought, there is no need for the extremely difficult task of stopping the take-up frame at a specific position during one rotation.
In other words, if there are 4 to 8 predetermined stopping positions during one rotation, when the take-up frame is rotating only by inertia, it is possible to stop at 4 to 8 points by applying a much weaker signal (or operating force) than before. It becomes possible to stop the winding frame with high reliability at any of eight predetermined angles. In this case, the type of signal to be applied may be mechanical means that applies stronger braking force to 4 to 8 locations than others, electromagnetic means, or any other means.

結束する結束機を備えたことにある。By this means, the take-up frame always stops at a constant angular position. However, the above means can only be realized on the premise that all 4 to 8 edges of the winding frame are equivalent in terms of winding function, and in this invention, the winding frame as described above is used. It is necessary to adopt In addition, due to the necessity of using such a winding frame, as a means for winding the leading end of the material to be wound around the winding frame, there are methods such as simply overlapping winding,
Vacuum suction is preferred, and the most commonly used mechanical clamping and needle-like objects are preferred, as these mechanisms must be incorporated into each of the 4 to 8 ridges. Although it is possible, the structure is slightly more complicated. As mentioned above, one of the features of this invention is that it is equipped with brakes that stably stop the take-up frame at 4 to 8 predetermined angular positions during one rotation, and other features are as described above. The present invention is provided with a binding machine for binding the east side of the material to be wound on the winding frame which is stopped at a predetermined stopping position.

On the other hand, if binding is not performed, there is no need to stop the take-up frame as described above, so the improvement of the method of stopping the take-up frame and the bundling method are closely related, and both are an object of this invention. It is the center of the two. The bundling of this invention will be explained.

If this is applied to a winding machine, the whole body including the winding frame will be bundled, making it impossible to take out only the material to be wound, which is inappropriate. Therefore, in the present invention, after the winding frame which has wound up a predetermined amount of the material to be wound is stopped at one of the 4 to 8 predetermined stop positions per revolution of the winding frame using the brake as described above, , a small binding machine is installed outside the material to be wound between the edges of the winding frame, and the space between the edges of the winding frame is closed by a string feeding mechanism such as an arm of this binding machine. Only the bundle of the objects to be wound up is bound by making the east side of the objects to be wound around the width direction between the ridges through binding cords prepared in advance in all directions of the axis.

Therefore, the string feeding mechanism of this binding machine needs to be downsized so that it can operate in a small space between the edges of the winding frame. This binding device may be installed in a part of the base frame of the winding machine, or it may be moved to a predetermined position only when necessary, and normally stored in another position.

Thereafter, the east end of the material to be wound is automatically removed from the winding frame by an arm or a pinching mechanism. Any mechanism for contracting (collapsing) the take-up frame may be used, but it is necessary to have a structure that does not interfere with the binding operation.

The take-up frame must be locked in some way to maintain its expanded state at least during rotation, but this lock must be released during unloading operations.
There is no need to limit the arm or clamping mechanism of the extraction device; for example, a hanging method can be used, and any drive method such as hydraulic, pneumatic, or electromagnetic can be used. make it work.
