At this time, when the vertical rung la at the lowest end extends from within the vertical rung la2 above it, the stopper receiver turtle 8 provided on the auxiliary stand 3 descends together with this auxiliary stand 3, and the footrest of the upper vertical rung la2. The auxiliary platform 3, which was detached from the stoppers 7 protruding from both ends of the evacuation ladder 1b and was locked almost parallel to the evacuation ladder 1, rotates due to its own weight toward the balcony B on the lower floor. Accordingly, point c in FIG. 3 draws a trajectory Q around the pivot 15, but on the other hand, one end is fixed to the auxiliary horizontal beam 37 at point b, and the L end is fixed to the locking rod 32. The part of the driving element 36 arranged in sliding contact with the horizontal bar 14d is pushed by the horizontal bar 14d and rotates around point b as the center of rotation.
If you draw a trajectory Q beyond the point and move to the position shown by the chain line in Fig. 3, the distance (L2) between point b and the horizontal bar 14d at that position is longer than the distance (L) in the stored state Z. Therefore, the drive element 36 is pulled by the difference (L). As a result, the drive element 36 is pulled against the spring 33 and the lock consisting of the locking bar 32 and the locking recess 35 is pulled. Since the engagement of the locking device 30 is released, the auxiliary ladder 6, which has been fixed up to 2 and is suspended upside down by the ball pin 28' at the tip of the hook part 16, is moved to the Kasagi F' of the handrail E.
When the upper ladder member 21 hits and reverses, it slides on the shaft 2 pin 28 of the hook portion 6 along the slide elongated hole 20b provided on the outer surface of the cylindrical side portion 28 on both sides and falls.
The middle ladder member 24 and the lower ladder member 27 also extend telescopically from inside the upper ladder member 21 due to their own weight, and are suspended inside the handrail E. In addition, in order to store the evacuation ladder box, the auxiliary platform 3, and the auxiliary ladder climbing 3 in the storage frame 6, as shown in FIGS. After hanging the hook part 161, the auxiliary platform 3 is rotated vertically across the evacuation ladder 1. At this time, since the drive element 36 loosens, the spring 333 acts to protrude the locking rod 32.
2 is again engaged with the locking recess 35 to prevent the auxiliary ladder 5 from swinging. Then, each vertical dimension la, extending downward,
la... is pulled up by a lifting device (not shown), etc.
Place the stopper receiver turtle 840 provided on the auxiliary stand 3 into the stopper 7.
, and further rotate the tip end of the reduced evacuation ladder 1 toward the base end of the storage frame 6 to store the evacuation ladder 1 together with the auxiliary platform 3 and the auxiliary ladder 5 in the storage frame 6. After closing the upper and lower clusters 7 and 8, pull the storage frame 6 toward the inside of the handrail C of the balcony A on the upper floor and store it in an almost upright state inside the handrail C using the arms 10 and 3. As explained in , the auxiliary ladder device of this invention is ``During use, the auxiliary ladder is installed from the tip of the auxiliary platform to the inside of the handrail of the balcony on the lower floor. The evacuees do not need to jump from the auxiliary platform placed at almost the same height as the handrail to the balcony on the lower floor. Even if the balcony on the lower floor is narrow and the handrail on the lower floor is high, evacuees on the upper floor can safely and quickly evacuate to a safe place on the lower floor.

Further, according to the device of the present invention, since the auxiliary ladder is fixed by the locking device not only when it is inconvenient but also when the evacuation ladder is extended and lowered, it is possible that the auxiliary ladder may swing and interfere with the extension operation of the evacuation ladder. This allows the evacuation equipment to operate smoothly and reliably without causing injury or damage. The auxiliary ladder device of the present invention can also be applied to other types of evacuation equipment, and the evacuation equipment is not limited to those of the above embodiments.

1. An evacuation ladder that extends and descends from the balcony on the upper floor to the balcony on the lower floor when in use, a hanging device that supports this evacuation ladder on the balcony on the upper floor, and a base that rotates to the lowest end of the evacuation ladder. An auxiliary platform is pivotably supported and has a hook portion at its tip that engages with the handrail of the balcony on the lower floor, and this auxiliary platform is locked approximately parallel to the evacuation ladder that is contracted when not in use, and when in use. In an evacuation device equipped with a locking/disengaging mechanism that swings out the auxiliary platform almost horizontally toward the front of the balcony on the lower floor in conjunction with the extension operation of the evacuation ladder, the end of the hook portion formed on the auxiliary platform expands and contracts. A locking means consisting of two parts that engage and disengage from each other is provided on opposing parts of the auxiliary ladder and the auxiliary platform, which are contracted when not in use, so that the evacuation ladder can be extended when not in use and when the evacuation ladder is extended. In addition to preventing the auxiliary ladder from slipping out, this locking means includes a driving cable having one end connected to a position above the lowest end of the evacuation ladder and having an appropriate distance from the center of swing of the auxiliary platform. and releasing the engagement of the locking means from the other end of the driving cable as the auxiliary platform swings out after the evacuation ladder is extended and lowered, thereby allowing the auxiliary ladder to extend and lower.
