本発明は炉筒内に配置した邪魔板を外部に引き出せる様

部に煉瓦積みなどして鰹道を曲折して邪魔板の代りとし
たものもあるが、これら邪魔板は何ら熱交換面になって
いないため熱効率の向上が少なく、また前述と同様に邪
魔板が引き出せないため粗立や鯵理、煤の掃除などがめ

たので、組立てや修理、煤の掃除などの作業性が向上し
、しかも蓋板の内部に通水路が形成されているので、従
来の構造に比べて大幅に熱交換効率を向上させることが

連通する温水上昇水管と、邪魔板と連結する水管から延
出され水槽の下部に着脱自在に連通する冷水上昇水管と
から成り、蓋板を取外して炉筒内の邪魔板と水管とを炉
筒の開口部から外部に引き出せるようにしたことを特徴
とするボイラー。1.
