本発明はドリップ式のコーヒー沸し器に関し、抽出時間
を大幅に短縮してスピーディにコーヒーを抽出し、コー
ヒーを十分に膨潤させた状態で有効な成分のみをとり出
し、香り高い美味しいコーヒーを得ようとするものであ

コーヒーが得られなかった。更に前記コーヒー粉に注が
れる熱湯の温度が下ってコーヒー粒子のふくらみが不十
分なため、コーヒー粉から出るガス分を含む気泡が不十
分となりコーヒー内の不要成分を気泡外へ浮遊させた状
態で有効成分のみを抽出することが出来ないばかりか不
要成分をコーヒー液内へ導くため、美味しいコーヒーが
得られなかった。ここで上記従来の問題点対策として、
現形状下で、吐出スピードアップを、ヒーターのワット
値を上げて実施しようとする場合が考えられるが、単に
ワット値のみを大きくするだけでは、ヒーターの温度が
上りすぎる為、ヒーターが短期間の使用で断線していた
。また、ワット値を大きくするだけでは加熱体が過熱さ
れ、吐出部からの吐出が蒸気となってコーヒー粉への熱
湯滴下が不十分となっていた。従って、コンパクト化さ
れた従来器体形状内での吐出スピードupは、実施され
得なかった。本発明は上記従来の欠点を現状の器体構成
内で対応すると共に吐出状態も連続的な吐出状態へ改善
して所期の目的を達成するものであり、以下に本発明の
実施例について添付図面を参照して説明する。図におい
て、1は水タンク2とひさし部3からなる上容器、4は
上容器1を戦暦し固定した基台で、該基台4と上容器ひ
さし部3との間にはコ−ヒー粉をろ過するバスケット5
及びバスケット蓋6を載層したコーヒー液受容器7が収

らに、熱湯に浸るコーヒー粒子の時間が短いので、コー
ヒー粒子内のいやなにが味も抽出されない。さらに、コ
ーヒー粉のふくらみが十分なため、コーヒー粒子からの
ガス分を含む気泡が十分に発生し、それが蓮続吐出で断
えることなく保たれるので、不要成分を気泡外へ浮遊さ
せた状態で抽出出釆、コーヒー液に不要成分が混入しな
