た。By the way, in the conventional production of silver-nickel composites in which silver and nickel powders are simply mixed and then sintered, even if fine powders with a particle size of 44 grains (325 mesh) or less are used, there is no problem during powder mixing. Because it is difficult to sufficiently loosen the silver and nickel powder and mix the nickel powder evenly and finely, the nickel powder becomes unevenly dispersed as large nickel particles after the process, making it difficult to obtain sufficient welding resistance for electrical contacts. It was difficult.

The method for producing a nickel composite powder according to the present invention involves thermally spraying a silver-nickel composite material and rapidly cooling it, thereby uniformly dispersing nickel particles in a spherical shape into a twill base. Moreover, it is a method for producing finely dispersed and solidified wolf-nickel composite powder.

It was produced by heating it in a furnace at 900°C for 1 hour to make it resistant to coagulation, and then subjecting this silk resistant material to wire drawing.

A silver-nickel composite powder was obtained by making 1 into a molten state, squirting it into a water tower 4, and rapidly cooling it. The nickel-nickel composite powder thus obtained is very fine, and its particle structure is such that nickel particles are uniformly and finely dispersed in the nickel matrix.

This represents the number of openings and closings until welding occurs, and is shown on the side of the sample in the figure. 1 to 5 are actual products, and 6 to 10 are subsidiary products. The test conditions at that time were 100 y of voltage (DC), 98 L of electricity, 0.1 second of energization time, and 11 seconds of rest after energization. The electrical contacts made with the obtained silver-nickel composite powder have about 1.5 to 2 times the adhesion resistance of the fin contacts made with the silver-nickel mixed powder obtained by the conventional manufacturing method. It has the following.
