The steam machines in use include the conveying belt type and the rotary fly Azusa type. However, the belt-type steamer has the drawback that it is difficult to bring the steam into uniform contact with the tea leaves, resulting in uneven steaming of the leaves. In addition, the Mimido rotary lantern and Western style produce uniformly steamed leaves by rotating and rolling the tea leaves, but because the tea leaves are frequently struck by the flying hands, the tea leaves are damaged and become curly, which inevitably leads to a decline in quality. In addition, there was a drawback that tea stains, small pieces, cut leaves, stems, etc. adhered to the silk body, requiring frequent cleaning. Furthermore, if the fresh leaves are wet when steaming with a steamer, the steam temperature will drop and the steaming will be uneven, so it is necessary to shake the leaves in advance.・It is necessary to brush the leaves. On the other hand, for tea leaves with very little water content, such as final tea leaves, it is necessary to water them in advance. Since such pretreatment is necessary, extra equipment and labor are required, which has the drawback of increasing product cost. The present invention was made in order to overcome the drawbacks of steaming using conventional millet mills. Tea leaves are soaked in boiling water, boiled, taken out and drained, and then immediately blown with air. It is designed for rapid cooling.

First, reference numeral 1 denotes a boiling tank with strips, which is equipped with a water supply pipe 2 on one side and a heating furnace 3 at the bottom. The heating furnace 3 is provided to heat the water flowing into the boiling tank 1 and maintain the boiling state, and as shown in FIGS. A burner 5 is attached thereto, and an exhaust port 6 is provided above, from which a chimney 7 is extended upward. In addition, water supply pipe 2
As an example, it is possible to wrap the pipe around the chimney 7 and use the residual heat to heat water, which is then sent to the boiling tank 1. In this way, the boiling tank 1 is filled with 100 oo of boiling water (Sunyu). The condensed water in the boiling tank 1 can be replaced, for example, by being supplied with water through the water supply pipe 2 and at the same time overflowing at a certain discharge level.

Further, reference numeral 8 is a conveyor for transporting tea leaves, and this conveyor has its female end located at one edge of the boiling tank 1, and the part following this is placed inside the boiling tank 1. For example, the transport conveyor 8 is made of a ventilated material such as a net conveyor, which is made endless so that it can run continuously, and is further driven by an external motor with a transmission (not shown), so that the running speed can be adjusted freely. . Reference numeral 9 denotes a leaf conveyor, which supplies a fixed amount of tea leaves to the starting end of the transport conveyor 8, so that the tea leaves are spread evenly on the transport conveyor 8, and in the boiling tank 1. In order to maintain this state, in the illustrated embodiment, both sides of the boiling tank 1 are gently sloped, and the conveyor 8 is also installed along this slope with a gentle slope. In addition, in the boiling tank 1, the tea leaves are violently floated under boiling conditions, so in order to suppress the floating of the tea leaves and keep them evenly spread on the conveyor, a conveyor 10 that runs separately above is set in parallel. In addition, partition plates 11 are protruded from the conveyor 8 at intervals and brought into contact with the conveyor 0. In such a case, the tea leaves will not come out of the space partitioned by the conveyor 10 and the partition plate 11. Incidentally, reference numeral 12 is a hopper for guiding tea leaves into this space.

Further, the bottom of the boiling tank 1 is provided with an impurity discharge mechanism using a partition plate 11 protruding from the conveyor 8. That is, reference numeral 13 is a discharge port provided near the last stage on the return side of the transport conveyor 8 at the bottom of the tank, and this is connected to the outside of the tank via a valve 14. On the other hand, the return side of the conveyor hawk is installed parallel to the bottom of the tank, and the partition plate 11 protruding from this runs while touching the bottom of the tank, and small cut leaves, stems, and other impurities accumulated at the bottom of the tank are removed. The liquid is scraped off and guided to the discharge port 13. After the heat treatment is completed, this material is carried out of the tank together with the boiling water when the valve 14 is opened to discard the boiling water. As a result, there is almost no need to clean the device. Further, the conveyor 8 disposed inside the boiling tank 1 is configured to guide the conveyor 8 out of the boiling tank again, and a cooling device 15 for blowing air to the boiled leaves is provided here. The ventilation cooling device 15 may be any device that can rapidly cool the boiled leaves, but the illustrated embodiment is one that performs two-stage cooling as an example.

That is, reference numeral 16 denotes a first blowing cooling means, which is provided at a portion of the conveyor 8 that extends outside the boiling tank 1, and blows air from above perpendicularly to the conveyor surface. Also code 17
1 is a second air cooling means, which suspends the transport conveyor 8 from a relatively large pre-18 and blows air from behind against the substantially vertical conveyor surface. still,
Although the air blower cooling means 16 and 17 are shown as blowers as an example, they may also face the end of a duct connected to a blower. Further, since the second air cooling means 17 blows air from behind the conveyor surface, the conveyor 8 is naturally provided with ventilation. The device of the present invention has the configuration as described above, and its mode of operation will be explained below.

First, the conveyor 8 for conveyance is conveyed, and the Emi conveyor 9 constantly supplies a constant amount of fresh leaves onto the conveyor 8. Then, the fresh leaves are carried by the conveyor 8 into the boiling tank 1, where they are immersed in the rocky moat. At such times, the tea leaves are violently worshiped in 10,000 baths and then boiled. The time for steeping the tea leaves in boiling water is set by the traveling speed of the conveyor 8, and the traveling speed is adjusted by operating the transmission. By the way, the steeping time for tea leaves is about 3 inkstone sand for the first tea leaves, and 3 for the hard leaves of the final tea leaves.
About a minute is appropriate. In addition, heating under boiling conditions has the effect of uniformly heating the entire tea leaf, as well as the oxidation effect, and the effect of refining the tea leaves. For example, dirt attached to the tea leaves is removed during this heating process. It will be washed away. As the transport conveyor 8 advances, 100

Here, first, air is blown from above onto the boiled leaves on the conveyor 8 by the first blowing cooling means 16, and the leaves are rapidly cooled. In addition, the boiled leaves on the conveyor become agglomerated,
Although it appears to be pressed against the conveyor surface, it is blown away by the air sent from behind the hanging conveyor surface in the second air cooling means 17. As a result, agglomerates are separated and blown away, water droplets are cut off, and cooling progresses more effectively. The heat treatment of the fresh leaves is completed by the above method, and the blown tea leaves are transferred to the next roughening process in a state that is easy to process.

The resulting tea leaves were of good quality with no steaming unevenness, uniform quality, no damage, and a bright green color. The apparatus of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and as a result of combining a boiling process in a boiling state and a rapid cooling process, tea leaves having the same quality as steamed tea can be produced, and moreover, tea leaves can be produced in a boiling state. Niro-no-Azusa action and heating temperature are 1
Since it is kept constant at 00:00, there is no damage at all,
Moreover, it is possible to produce tea leaves of uniform quality without steaming unevenness. Furthermore, the tea leaves produced by the apparatus of the present invention are soft and therefore easy to handle. Furthermore, since the device of the present invention also has the effect of thoroughly washing tea leaves, it can be heat-treated as is without worrying about the adhesion of dirt, and tea leaves that have been wet with rain or, conversely, tea leaves that are significantly deficient in moisture can be treated without any pre-treatment. It can be heat-treated as is, eliminating unnecessary equipment and labor and contributing to cost reduction.
