However, the method of using commercially available products as is has the drawback of poor environmental resistance, especially resistance to high temperature and humidity, for vertical conduction of a liquid crystal panel. Additionally, in order to improve environmental resistance, a method has been attempted in which a conductive metal powder having a diameter larger than the gap between the upper and lower electrode substrates of a liquid crystal panel is mixed with a conductive adhesive, and the powder is crushed into the gap between the electrode substrates.

However, there was no significant improvement in environmental resistance, particularly temperature shock resistance, high temperature and humidity resistance, etc. It is an object of the present invention to eliminate such drawbacks and to ensure the reliability of the electrical connection between a pair of electrode substrates sandwiching a liquid crystal layer of a liquid crystal panel constituting a liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display device of the present invention includes:
In a liquid crystal display device comprising at least a liquid crystal, a pair of electrode substrates for holding the liquid crystal, and a spacer arranged between the pair of electrode substrates and surrounding the liquid crystal, a pair of electrodes is provided on the outside of the spacer. An electrical connection part for electrically connecting the substrate is provided, and an insulating powder with a diameter of about 0.2 to 5 mm is added to an organic resin adhesive mixed with a conductive substance to make it conductive as an electrical connection member. It is characterized by using a conductive adhesive mixed with 1 to 50% wt.

Embodiments of a liquid crystal panel constituting a liquid crystal display device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a liquid crystal panel constituting a liquid crystal display device of the present invention. As shown in the figure, an upper electrode 3 and a lower electrode 4 are formed on an upper electrode substrate 1 and a lower electrode substrate 2, respectively. The liquid crystal 5 is sandwiched between the upper and lower electrode substrates 1 and 2 and is surrounded by a spacer 6. Electrical connections between the upper and lower electrodes 3 and 4 of the upper and lower electrode substrates 1 and 2 are made using the upper and lower conductive agents 1 exposed on the outside of the baser 6 consisting of a conductive resin part 7 and an insulating powder part 8. It is composed of rivers. The resin portion 7 is made of formaldehyde resins such as epoxy resin, phenol, resorcinol, urea, ethylene urea, melamine, benzoguanamine, furan, xyreso, silicone resin, unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane resin, polydiallyl phthalate resin, etc. This is a conductive adhesive made by mixing A, Ag, C, etc. with an organic resin adhesive containing at least one type of . Further, the powder part 8 has a diameter smaller than the interval between the upper and lower electrode substrates 1 and 2 (generally about 10 mm), and has a diameter of about 0.
.. It is an insulator containing at least one type of A203 of 2-5 μm kite or glass powder. The mixing ratio of the resin part 7 and the powder part 8 is approximately 1 to 5% of the powder part to 100% of the resin part.
The ratio is 0%wt. Upper and lower electrode substrates 1 and 2 sandwiching the liquid crystal
When the upper and lower conductive agent 10 is used as an electrical connection member for the upper and lower electrodes 3 and 4, the increase in the electrical resistance value of the electrical connection due to the insulating powder is negligible, and , environmental resistance - high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, green resistance, temperature shock resistance, striped shock resistance, high temperature and humidity resistance, etc., compared to when the conductive resin part 7 is used alone. has improved several dozen times. As described above, since the liquid crystal display device of the present invention has the upper and lower conductive parts of the upper and lower electrode substrates in the liquid crystal panel, display driving of the panel is possible by connecting one electrode substrate to an external driving circuit. Approximately 0.0.
The upper and lower conductive parts are formed using a conductive adhesive containing 1 to 50% M of insulating powder with a diameter of 2 to 5 mm, which is a reliable method for mass production such as injection with a syringe needle or screen printing. Electrical connection of the electrode substrate becomes possible.
