ンの部分を取り除くため、薄膜絶縁層の形成工程とフオ
トェツチング工程を必要とする欠点があった。したがっ
て、本発明の目的はフオトェツチング用フオトレジスト
を絶縁層として用いることにより「製造工程を簡単にす
るとともに蜜光体の周辺境界部分の切れをシャープにす
る蟹光表示管用陽極基板の製造方法を提供するものであ

表示管用陽極基板の製造方法によれば、フオトレジスト
塗布して絶縁層を形成するので、製造方法を簡単にする
ことができるとともに、蟹光体の周辺境界部分の切れが
