。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Some diamond saws used to cut stones, etc. have a diameter of 3 mm and weigh over 600k9. It is not an easy task to attach and detach the machine to the processing machine, and especially when it comes to equipment, even a slight degree of laxity cannot be tolerated.
This work requires a great deal of effort and a high level of skill.

A square plate of the same size is used as the material, and its weight is approximately 50% greater than the finished state of the disk, so the material is also expensive. Conventionally used large diamond saws for cutting stones, etc. have technical and economical defects as mentioned above, but these defects are due to the weight, which is a common defect of large diamond saws. The point is that it is too heavy.

In the present invention, in order to solve the problem of being too heavy, which is a drawback of large diamond saws, we have developed an assembly method instead of the conventional method of making a single board. We decided to use a substrate.

て説明する。Since the diamond saw of the present invention is assembled by joining a plurality of small parts as described above, the parts adjacent to the outer spokes do not use wide, heavy, and difficult-to-handle steel plates, which greatly reduces production costs. Since it is hollow, the weight of the steel plate corresponding to the area occupied by this hollow part is 0, so the weight of the diamond saw as a whole is also lighter.
It has the advantage of being easier to handle and reducing material costs. As an example, a case of a diamond saw with a diameter of three blades will be explained. Conventionally, diamond saws with a diameter of 3 mm have used a steel plate with a thickness of 11 mm as the substrate, and its weight is 606 k9.
reach. Now, if this board is changed to the method of the present invention, the width of the outer ring will be 300 mm, the width of the plate spokes will be 40 mm,
When the thickness of each plate is 11 and the number of spokes is 6, calculate the area of the hollow part between the spokes. To simplify calculations, the outer diameter of the hub is set to 40 mm.
If the dimensions of the spokes are 40 mm wide and 1000 mm long, the weight will be reduced by approximately 150 k9, 24.7 because the space between the spokes is hollow and the steel plate is eliminated.
%become. Furthermore, by making some of the spoke plates corrugated, the spoke plates are reinforced and thinner plates can be used, further reducing the overall weight.
The structure of the diamond saw of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

The purpose of this invention is to increase the thickness of the steel plate used for this part so that a thin material can be used, thereby helping to reduce the weight, which is the main point of the present invention. Fig. 6 shows an embodiment in which a slot 13 is provided between the tips on the outer circumference of the outer ring 2''.This is because the material to be cut is a hard material and a large amount of power is consumed for cutting. In this case, the frictional heat at the tip increases, and the increased temperature in this area is transmitted to the outer ring, causing thermal expansion at the outer periphery of the outer ring, which can cause large deformation of the outer ring. As is clear from the above explanation,
The diamond saw of the present invention does not consist of chips arranged around the outer periphery of a single board as in the conventional case, but the part corresponding to this board is assembled into an assembly type outer ring, plate-like spokes, and a hub. The weight is about 25% lighter than existing ones, and there is no need to use a wide steel plate material during production, so production costs are significantly reduced and the material The present invention can be said to be an economically advantageous invention since the cost is significantly lower and the handling of the product is easier.
