A method using transfer paper is to form an embossed pattern by placing the transfer paper and fabric on which a pattern has been formed between a heated emboss roll and a smooth cotton roll or rubber roll, and then contacting the fabric with the transfer paper on the side of the emboss roll. be. With this method, the pattern is transferred only to the valleys of the embossing, and the resulting product lacks a three-dimensional effect to the naked eye. Similar to this method, there is a method in which the pattern is transferred to the top of the embossing with the fabric facing the embossing roll, but it is difficult to form the top part of the embossing, and the fabric has many wrinkles, resulting in a poor embossing. It was difficult to obtain a printed pattern, and the heat from the heating roll was transmitted to the transfer paper through the thickness of the fabric, resulting in poor transferability. Furthermore, there is a method similar to the above using male and female embossing rolls, but in this method,
Empos effect on textiles is good, but transfer efficiency is poor.
In addition, the transfer paper may break or the fabric may have many wrinkles. In addition to the method described above, there is a method for printing on the top of an embossing, without using transfer paper, by continuously printing the fabric embossed with the embossing roll using a three-stage roll consisting of a male and female embossing roll and a lacquer roll. There is a method in which only the top of the emboss is printed using a roll gravure method.

In this method, the printing roll can usually only be colored in one color, resulting in poor pattern expression and requires post-finishing processes such as steaming and soaping after printing. Additionally, the emboss may return during post-finishing. Therefore, the current situation is that there is no satisfactory multicolor top-printed embossed fabric that is visually rich in three-dimensional effect.

The method for producing a top printed embossed fabric of the present invention is to obtain a secondary woven fabric by selectively pressing the primary embossed portions of a woven fabric with embossments formed in advance through a transfer paper having a colored pattern. It is characterized in that, at the same time as the embossing is applied, the colored pattern is transferred and printed only on the top surface of the secondary embossing.

For example, this is carried out by pressing the raw fabric between a heated empos roll and a rubber roll. The original fabric on which the primary embossing was formed, together with the transfer paper on which the pattern was formed, was placed between an embossing roll heated to 300℃ and a flat cushion roll such as a vapor roll, cotton roll, or 6-nylon roll. Press the transfer paper with the smooth cushion roll side. Then, a secondary emboss is formed by selective pressing with the emboss roll, and at the same time the pattern formed on the transfer paper is transferred to the source fabric, thus obtaining a top printed embossed fabric having a printed pattern on the top surface of the emboss. The fabric obtained by the method of this invention has a rich three-dimensional effect both physically and visually. Furthermore, since the pattern is formed by a dry transfer printing method using transfer paper, there is no need for steaming or soaping after printing, and therefore the emboss does not return. moreover,
Since transfer paper is used, it is possible to create all kinds of patterns and colors, such as multicolored patterns and pokashi patterns. Examples of this invention will be described below.

This two-stage emboss transfer machine consists of an emboss pattern roll 3 heated to 260° C. and a smooth cushion roll 4 such as a vapor roll, cotton roll, or 6-nylon roll. The transfer paper 1 is pressed against the smooth cushion roll 4 side, and the polyester cloth 2 is pressed against the embossed pattern roll 3 side. The color pattern formed on the polyester cloth 2 is
It is transferred and formed according to the pattern of the embossed pattern roll. In this way, a top printed embossed polyester cloth 5 having a colored pattern formed on the top surface of the emboss and rich in three-dimensional effect is obtained.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this polyester cloth 5 has a primary embossed part 5' and a secondary embossed part 5'', and the colored pattern 5a is on the top surface of this secondary embossed part 5''. It is transferred only to the primary embossed portion 5', and is not transferred to the primary embossed portion 5'.
