缶コンベヤ3の終端に達して送出態勢に入ると、前記同
様ガイド6,6に支持される制止板8が冷却された缶詰
1を支持し、送缶コンベヤ3と連動部材12により同調
される往復手段10に作動されてガイド6,6の後方へ
移動し、缶詰1を一線上に並べたままで次の工程へ搬送
させる搬出手段13の缶詰受取部へ導き、この部分にお
いて缶詰1は制止板8から離れ、搬出手段13に移乗さ
れて、両側の案内板14,14に案内されて縦一列で整

の缶詰は理論的には揃って受取部へ移乗され、受取部に
一線上に並んで次の処理を施されるか、次工程へ搬出さ
れる筈であるが、実際には受取部への缶詰の移乗はばら
ばらとなり、中には受取部から跳ね出すものも生じて処

搬出手段への缶詰の移乗を缶列の乱れを少しも生じさせ
ることなく確実に行わせることが出来るばかりでなく、
前記制止板はその往復機構を連動手段により送缶コンベ
ヤと連係させ、送缶コンベヤとの作動タイミングをとっ
てあるから、缶詰の送出規制を行った制止板は、次の缶
詰が送出態勢に入る前に元位置に復し、次の缶詰を待っ
て各缶詰毎に規制動作を正確に行うから、コンベヤ方式
により連続して殺菌冷却処理を施す機械に用い、その機
能を遺憾なく発揮させ得る大きな効果を有するものであ
