定して自重で引き戻されないようにしてから係止用ボラ
ードに係止でき、離脱時は揺動枠の起立揺動に伴ない揺
動枠の離脱用アームが係船索を係止用ボラードからはね
上げることにより離脱させることができ、係船索の係止
