DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of knitting a perforated decorative piece into a bran grain while knitting with a knitting machine, and particularly relates to a method of knitting a decorative piece having a penetrating hole such as a bead through a sinker loop. It is something.

Conventionally, it has been known to knit green yarn with decorative pieces pre-threaded through it using a crochet needle or knitting needle, but with this conventional method, not only is it impossible to knit with a loom, but the decorations are added during the knitting process. If there is a shortage of pieces, the knitting thread must be cut in the middle and the missing decorative pieces must be passed through the cut end.Especially when a pattern is created using several types of decorative pieces of different colors, the knitting process is Before you start, you must either teach the stitches of the design and thread the different decorative pieces in the order in which they will be knitted, or each time you change the decorative piece, you must cut the bran yarn and thread the required number of decorative pieces from the cut end. In either case, the stitches of the pattern are taught, the required number of decorative pieces are counted, and then passed through the knitting yarn, which requires time and effort in preparation, and it is not possible to improve the work efficiency of knitting. When threaded, knots are formed, which makes the product look and feel bad.Furthermore, the decorative pieces get in the way during knitting, making it impossible to knit anything other than small spherical decorative pieces.

It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and to provide a method suitable for using the back side of rope fabric on the front side.

以下この発明の実施例を図面により説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The knitting machine of this embodiment has a known construction including a rope needle 1, a sinker needle 2, and a carriage (not shown) that can freely move back and forth on the needle bed. The crochet needle 3 is also provided with a hook 4 capable of hooking and locking the knitting yarn S, and is also capable of supporting a decorative piece A having a penetrating hole a through the hook 2 through the handle. Therefore, when knitting the decorative piece A as in the knitted fabric shown in FIG. 2, the decorative piece A is connected to the unfinished needle loop Sb hooked to the hook of the knitting needle 1 and hooked to the sinker needle 2 as shown in FIG. Insert the stopped sinker loop Sa into the sinker needle 2.
Remove the sinker loop Sa from the hook 4 side of the crochet hook 3, hook the inside of the free end of the sinker loop Sa onto the hook 4 of the crochet hook 3 (see Figure 1 A), and while maintaining this state, pull out the decorative piece A from the hook 4 side of the crochet hook 3, and then hook the sinker loop Sa onto the hook 4 side of the crochet hook 3. Move the sinker loop Sa from the free end to the outside of the base, lock the middle of the sinker loop Sa to the front side of the sinker needle 2 in the knitting needle advance/retreat direction, and move the sinker loop Sa
After hooking the inner side between the decorative piece A and the free end back from the hook 4 of the crochet hook 3 to the hook of an appropriate knitting needle 1 [see the opening in Figure 1], run the carriage [move operation] to attach the sinker loop S.
The unfinished knitting stage is constructed by passing knitting yarn from the supply source side between the decorative piece A and the free end of a and the inside of the needle loop Sb hooked to the hook of the knitting needle 1.

In this case, since the sinker loop Sa is on the back side of the knitted fabric with respect to the needle loop Sb, more of the knitted decorative pieces A protrude and are stuck on the back side of the knitted fabric than on the front side. Although the above embodiment has been described with flat bran, in short, hook the inner side of the free end of the finished sinker loop onto the hook 2 of the crochet hook 1 supporting the decorative piece A, and crochet the decorative piece A while maintaining that state. After pulling it out from the hook side of No. 1 and moving it from the free end of the sinker loop Sa to the outside of the base, the carriage is run to knit the stitches. The decorative piece A can be inserted into the striped fabric of any type of stitch such as lace line, pull-up stitch, plating fin, etc.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to thread the decorative pieces through the bran yarn in advance, so it is possible to knit the desired decorative pieces in the desired places while knitting with the knitting machine, and it is also possible to knit the decorative pieces in the wrong place. Even if the stitches are knitted together, the decorative pieces can be removed by unraveling the stitches, so there is no need to cut the striped threads or tie the cut parts after removing the decorative pieces, as in the case of a casing, which improves work efficiency. , since the knitting yarn is not cut, the knot will not appear outside the warp,
A product with a beautiful finish and high commercial value can be obtained.

また、装飾片が編地の表側よりも裏側に多く飛び出した

Furthermore, since the decorative pieces are woven in such a way that they protrude more on the back side of the knitted fabric than on the front side, when the back side of the rope fabric is used on the front side, the decorative pieces can be tucked under the side so that they stand out.

1. Remove the sinker loop from the sinker needle, which is connected to the hook of the knitting needle of a knitting machine with a carriage that is movable on the needle bed, and which is connected to the completed needle loop and is locked to the front side of the sinker needle in the knitting needle advance/retreat direction. Hook the inside of the free end of the sinker loop onto the hook of the crochet hook, which has been supported by passing the hole of the decorative piece with a through hole through the handle in advance, and while maintaining this state, pull out the decorative piece from the hook side of the crochet hook and insert the sinker loop. Move the loop from the free end to the outside of the base, lock the middle of the sinker loop to the front side of the sinker needle in the knitting needle advance/retreat direction, and hook the inside between the decorative piece and the free end of the sinker loop back from the crochet hook to the hook of the knitting needle. After that, move the carriage and pass the knitting yarn from the supply source side between the decorative piece and the free end of the sinker loop and the inside of the needle loop that is locked to the hook of the knitting needle to form the perforated decorative piece.
