As shown in FIG. 3, this aquarium is equipped with a flange 14 at the edge of the entrance to prevent water spilled on the end plate from leaking from between the end plate 12 and the aquarium 13 to the lower part of the top plate. A rubber seal 15 or a caulking agent was installed between the flange and the surface 12 of the husband plate for sealing, and then the husband plate was fixed with screws 16 and metal fittings 17 from the back side. However, with this method, the rubber packing and caulking agent may age due to aging, and if the end plate is made of wood, the end face of the window hole may absorb moisture and expand near the end face, causing the tank flange 14 and There was a drawback that a gap was created between the connector and the husband plate 12, and complete sealing could not be expected. Also, in order to improve the sealing performance, it was necessary to tighten the screws with considerable force from the back side of the husband plate, making the installation work very difficult. The disadvantage was that it was time-consuming. Furthermore, there is a problem that a step t is formed between the end plate 12 and the water tank flange 14 of the finished product, and water accumulates in this portion. The present invention eliminates these conventional drawbacks, and makes it possible to reliably and easily connect the plate and a member such as an aquarium, and also to make the connection between the two substantially flush. The purpose is to

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a husband board, which is constructed by attaching melamine decorative paper lb to the surface of a particle board la, and has openings 2 cut out at appropriate locations. 3 is a stainless steel water tank that is connected to this Sekiguchi 2, with a flange 3a at the closing edge of the tank.
is set to be substantially flush with the surface of the husband plate 1, and is arranged so as to form a gap t between it and the rim of the opening 2.

A through hole 4 is formed in the flange 3a of the water tank 3, and a plate 5 with the through hole 4 is welded to the flange 3a. Reference numeral 6 denotes a thermosetting resin injected into the gap t between the opening end of the husband plate 1 and the flange 3a of the water tank 3, and is made of hard polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, etc. 3 and at the same time covers the entire outer periphery of the aquarium 3.

This thermosetting resin 6 is applied by placing an upper mold with a predetermined gap above the husband plate 1 and the water tank 3, which are set in advance in the lower mold (not shown). After pressing it against the flange 3a of the water tank 3 and fixing it in position, it is poured between the upper mold and the water tank 3 and hardened, and by this hardening, both the water tank 3 and the husband plate 1 are joined, and these are Unify.

At this time, the thermosetting resin 6 swells and penetrates between the chips of the particle board la, which is the main part of the top plate 1, so that it is strongly bonded to the husband plate 1 due to the adhesiveness of the resin itself, and the opening of the brackets is Completely seal the edge cut. Also, this resin 6 is strongly bonded to the water tank 3 due to its adhesive property, but in this embodiment, it also enters the through hole 4 of the water tank 3 and hardens, so the bond between the water tank 3 and the husband plate 1 is even stronger. It becomes strong. Moreover, this resin 6 is located in the gap t between the husband plate 1 and the water tank 3 which are arranged oppositely, and is exposed to the outside.
This creates a bright accent between the top plate 1 and the aquarium 3. On the other hand, since the husband plate 1 and the water tank 3 are arranged facing each other with a gap t, their outer surfaces can be approximately flush with each other to prevent water from accumulating, or they can be sloped so that the water tank side is lower. Since the resin 6 that has entered the gap t connects the husband plate 1 and the water tank 3, a reliable and strong connection can be expected even if there is no overlapping portion between them.

Furthermore, the existence of the gap t has the advantage that even if the water tank has dimensional errors, it can be reliably fitted to the entrance 2 of the top plate 1. In other words, even if the entrance 2 of the husband board 1 is annular and the member connected to it is a cylindrical part such as a water tank, we will not accept defective products that cannot be fitted to the entrance 2 of the husband board 1. This has the advantage of preventing this from occurring. In the above embodiment, a wooden material such as particle board was used as the husband plate 1 that integrally connects the aquarium 3, but this is made of resin 6.
This is merely an example of the structure in which the connection between the plate and the husband plate 1 is the strongest.

Similarly, in the above embodiment, a water tank-equipped plate in which a water tank is integrally bonded to a plate body is explained, but this is only one example product showing the composite material plate of the present invention as the easiest to understand type. be. As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, a thermosetting resin can be interposed between a plate such as a husband plate and a backing material such as a water tank, and the resin can be hardened to connect the plate and the member. In addition to significantly improving workability, this thermosetting resin tightly bonds to the plate and the component, and coats the cut surface of the plate to prevent damage due to aging. Therefore, a reliable bond between the board and the backing material can be maintained over a long period of time. Moreover, since the plate body and the member are arranged opposite to each other with a gap, the plate body and the member are substantially parallel to each other.
In addition to preventing water from accumulating in the joint, the resin that has entered the gap can also maintain a strong connection between the board and the wall material. It has great industrial value, as sufficient bonding strength can be obtained without partially polymerizing it.
