降部材7の上部位には、それぞれアンカープレート12
(12,,122)とこれの下部位にするように球面座
金13(13,,132)が配置されて成る、この球面
座金13は、固定部材13aと、この固定部材13aに
対して任意の方向に動ける様接合されて成る可動部材1
3bとから機成され、その中央部位には、前記ジョイン
トカプラ−10およびナット11が通過できる程度の大
きさに穿設された穴13cを有して成る。また、この球
面座金13の上部に位置するアンカープレート12は、
第2図および第3図に示す如く、側面視形状がコ字状を
成す第1〜第4の片12a,12b,12c,12dを
分割可能に組合わせることにより構成されている。つま
り、第2図に示す様第1の片12aと第2の片12bの
一側部位を接合したものと、第3の片12cと第4の片
12dの一側部位を接合したものとを互いに噛合せる如
く組合わせることにより、第3図に示す様構成している
。なお、本実施例においてアンカープレート12は、そ
の第1の片12aと第2の片12bの立上がり部12e
,12f間の間隔日,と、第3、第4の片12c,12
d同士を組合わせた部村の幅寸法比と略等しくなる様設
計されている。また、第1の片12aと第2の片12b

がアンカープレートを通過しそうな場合は予めそのアン
カープレートを連結鋼綾より取外しておき、通過後連結
鋼棒に再び取付ければよく、従釆のように途中で他の装
置の助けを借りる必要は全くなく本発明装置のみで重量
物の吊上げ・吊降しを行なえるようになったので、作業
能率の大幅な向上をはかれるばかりか、それに伴なうズ
ル函なコストの削減をもはかれるという極めて優れた効
