The packaging material has the function of simply wrapping the napkin before use for reasons of hygiene and appearance, and cannot be reused after the napkin is taken out. On the other hand, disposable diapers that have been on the market in recent years are not individually packaged using packaging materials, so after use, the diapers are wrapped in relatively large paper, plastic sheets, or bags made of them and then thrown away. Especially when traveling, there is the inconvenience of having to carry the above-mentioned paper for disposal in addition to diapers.

するようにしてある。The sanitary products 1 are produced through a manufacturing process (not shown), folded into an appropriate shape such as tri-fold, and then passed through the device shown in FIG. It is arranged so that it will be transported to the destination. Each of the sanitary products 1 thus transported and packed is picked up by belts 4 and 5 which are rotated by roll groups 2 and 3 and transported to a winding device 6. On the other hand, the winding 7 is wound with a synthetic resin film 8 made of polyethylene or the like having the necessary filling for packaging each sanitary product 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the film 8 is provided with a convex strip 9 on the inner surface of one end, and a concave strip 10 that can be removed from the protrusion on the inner surface of the end. The belt 12 and intermediate roll 13 rotate by
It is continuously unwound to the winding device 6. The winding device 6 is attached to the support frame 14, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, and consists of a winding member 15, a support member 16, and a separating member 17. The winding member 15 has a substantially triangular upper wall portion 15b that has an L-shaped cross section and is bent at a substantially right angle to the side wall portion 15a. The support section 16 is plate-shaped, and one end 16a thereof is located below the one end 15c of the upper wall section 15b, and is provided so as to be slightly higher than the plane of the belt 12. The separating member 17 is plate-shaped, and has a guiding protrusion 18 on the lower surface of one side end 17a of which the concave strip 10 of the film 8 is movably engaged, and a protruding protrusion 9 of the film 8 on the upper surface. and a guide groove portion 19 that is slidably aligned with the guide groove portion 19, one end 17a of which is connected to the one end 15.
The winding member 15 is positioned approximately midway between c and 16a.
It is facing from the outside. These belts 12,
The space inside the winding device 6 formed by the members 15, 16, and 17 is large enough to allow the sanitary product 1 to pass together with the film 8 without difficulty. The film 8 has one side 8a in the middle direction placed on the belt 12, and the sanitary products 1 are placed on the upper surface thereof with the above-mentioned intervals maintained, and one side part 8b in the middle direction is placed on the belt 12 as shown in FIG. is bent by the inner surface of the rolling member 15 and overlapped on the upper surface of the negative side of each sanitary product 1, so that the concave part 10 fits into the guide convex part 18 and the convex part 9 fits into the guide concave groove part 19. Each sanitary product 1 is coated continuously while being moved by a belt 12. A pair of pressure rolls 2 with both ends in the middle direction of the film 8 coated at regular intervals disposed on the delivery section of the winding device 6.
The convex strips 9 are made to compete with the concave strips 101 continuously by squeezing with zero pressure to form a continuous package 21, which is transported by belts 24 and 25 which are rotated by roll groups 22 and 23. The film 8 between each of the sanitary products 1 is sequentially heat-cross cut in the middle direction of the thus formed continuous package 21 by a heat welding cutting device 26 to form an individual package 27, and then cut by roll groups 28 and 29. rotating belt 30,
31, an appropriate number of individual packaging bodies 27 are collected in parallel and transported to a process (not shown) for packaging them in an exterior material.

After using the sanitary product 1, remove it with menstrual blood attached. It is possible to store the waste in the bag body 32 again, iron the protruding stripes 9 and the grooved stripes 10, close the entrance 32b, and dispose of the waste, which is extremely convenient and sanitary. According to the method of the present invention, as described above, it is possible to continuously package sanitary products that have both the functions of individual packaging and sachets for disposal after use, which provides benefits to those skilled in the art, consumers, etc. It is extremely large.
