Required surface area W on the inner surface of the first side 8a of the film 8 that will become the lid of the individual package described later (see FIG. 4)
has undergone preliminary treatment to reduce heat sealability. Corona discharge treatment is preferred as this treatment, and in this treatment, ozone and nitrogen oxide that have generated corona react with the treated area to generate carbonyl groups and make it hydrophilic. It is known that thermal weldability deteriorates in this case. In this embodiment of the method of the present invention, in order to take advantage of this characteristic, the surface area W is subjected to excessive corona discharge treatment to reduce thermal weldability. This treatment is suitable when the film 8 is made of polyolefin resin, but if a material unsuitable for corona discharge treatment is used instead of the film 8, for example, printing ink or resin may be applied to the surface area W very thinly or It may be applied intermittently to reduce heat weldability. Of course, the coating treatment may be performed instead of the corona discharge treatment even when the film 8 is made of polyolefin resin.

During the process of unwinding the film 8 to the packaging device 6, the film 8 that has been pretreated in this manner is coated with pressure sensitivity in the longitudinal direction of the area W on the inner surface of the first side portion 8a by the coating device 12 as shown in FIG. The adhesive 13 is applied continuously in a linear manner. However, the adhesive 13 should be applied to the second side 8 instead of the inner surface of the first side 8a.

(Effects of the Invention) In the first aspect of the present invention, when using the sanitary product 1, the end 24c of the lid 24b is held and pulled to release it and take it out from the pocket 24a. Both ends 8d of the second side portion 8c
than the adhesive strength of both ends 8e of the first side 8a of the film 8 in the thermal weldability reducing treatment to
Since the adhesive strength due to heat welding between the central portion 8b and the second side portions 8c of the film 8 and both ends 8d is strong, when the lid portion 24b is peeled off, the pocket portion 24
There is no possibility that both ends of the film 8, that is, the ends 8d of the central part 8b and the second side part 8c of the film 8 will peel off and impair the function of the pocket part 24a. Therefore, the sanitary product 1 with menstrual blood adhered to it after use is stored in the pocket part 24a again in its original state, and the lid part 24 is returned to its original state.
b can be re-attached to the upper surface of the pocket part 24a with the adhesive 13 and then thrown away, which is extremely convenient and sanitary.

In the second to fourth inventions,
Adhesive force between the first side portion 8a and the second side portion 8c;
As a method of creating a difference in strength between the adhesive force between the central portion 8b and the second side portion 8c, the first side portion 8
In the first aspect of the present invention, an oriolefin resin film is used as the film 8, and a corona discharge treatment is applied to the corresponding part of the film. Furthermore, in the third aspect of the present invention, printing ink adhesion treatment is applied to the relevant portion of the film 8, and in the fourth aspect of the invention, resin adhesion treatment is applied to the relevant portion of the film 8. Both treatments are extremely simple, and furthermore, the heat weldability between the first side portion 8a and the second side portion 8c is lower than the heat weldability between the center portion 8b and the second side portion 8c. Therefore, the individual packaging method is extremely simple, which is advantageous for mass-producing the individual packaging bodies 22 at low cost.
