The filter press currently used in the chemical industry uses a high-pressure dehydration type to further reduce the moisture content of the furnace water that accumulates in the furnace sieve chamber after the furnace operation. filter presses are widely used. As is known, the high-pressure dehydration type filter press consists of a rubber sheet inserted between a furnace plate and a furnace cloth stretched over its surface. A common structure is to supply high compressed air or high water pressure between the furnace plate and the rubber sheet, expand the rubber sheet, and compress the furnace inside the furnace chamber to dehydrate it. In this case, the dewatering efficiency is further increased. For this reason, one side of the rubber sheet is made to have an uneven surface similar to the surface of the other furnace plate, and water guide grooves are provided so that the furnace liquid that oozes out due to pressure can be quickly transferred. It's normal. As mentioned above, this type of high-pressure dehydration type filter press can perform effective filtration by squeezing out the moisture accumulated in the filtration chamber by compressing the rubber sheet, and can also reduce the water content of the filtrate. Therefore, it has the advantage of being easier to handle, but it has the disadvantage that it is more expensive as a filter press than a normal filter press.

The production cost is extremely high due to the high temperature required.

The problem was that it was expensive.

However, since conventional rubber sheets have an uneven surface to form water guide grooves on the surface, even if it is technically possible, the product itself is extremely expensive, so it is hardly ever put into practical use. That is the reality. The present invention has been researched and developed in view of innovative aspects, and its main purpose is to insert a rubber sheet with a flat surface between a furnace plate and a furnace cloth placed on the surface of the furnace plate, and to A porous plate with excellent water permeability, such as a sturdy metal or synthetic resin net with excellent chemical resistance, is inserted between the furnace cloth and the above-mentioned furnace cloth, and a flat rubber sheet and a porous plate are combined. The present invention aims to provide a high dehydration type filter press that has the same effect as a conventional rubber sheet having an uneven surface.

Of course, chemical-resistant treatment of rubber sheets can be applied directly to the sheet surface.
Alternatively, the surface may be coated with a film made of the above-mentioned material. On the other hand, since the porous plate forming the water guide groove may be a commercially available synthetic resin net, it can also be obtained at a low price.

Instead of being set between the furnace cloths, it is kept attached to the surface of the furnace cloth at all times and is automatically inserted between the rubber sheet and the furnace cloth as the furnace plates are opened and pressed.

A flat rubber sheet 5 is inserted between the rubber sheet 4 and the furnace cloth, and numeral 5 is a porous plate (hereinafter referred to as a net) having water permeability such as a synthetic resin silk body.
). The furnace plates 1 and 2 are the same as those used in ordinary filter presses, with hanging arms provided on both sides of the furnace plate hanging over the side bars, and a large number of plates arranged in an overlapping manner. Furnace chamber 6 is pressed in contact with the furnace plate and sealed in between by a depression on the surface of the furnace plate.

A ring-shaped connecting member 8 is inserted between the liquid feeding holes to form a single liquid feeding path passing through the entire furnace plate. The connecting member 8 shown here is suspended above the filter press by a hanging shell 9 in the form of a thinner band, and when the plate is opened as shown in Fig. 1, it hangs between the two furnace plates, and when the plate is closed, it hangs down. It is sandwiched between the liquid feeding holes of both furnace plates. Each connecting member is provided with a discharge hole 10 that communicates with the hollow part, and when the furnace plate is pressed and connected, the stock solution sent through the liquid sending path formed by this connection is passed through the discharge hole to each furnace. room 6
It is designed so that it can be supplied to... by the way,
Among the furnace plates arranged in a row, the furnace plate designated by reference numeral 1 has one water supply hole 11 bored from the upper part of the furnace plate along the center of the plate.
Furthermore, a branch hole 12 is provided at the tip of the water supply hole 11 to penetrate the furnace plate back and forth, so that high-pressure water that is press-in from the upper end of the water supply hole can be discharged from both ends of the branch hole. 4 is placed over the furnace plate 1 so as to close the mouth of this branch hole 12.

On the other hand, the furnace cloth 3 stretched over each furnace plate is made by folding a piece of furnace cloth in half in the same way as the rubber sheet described above so as to cover both sides of the furnace plate. The collected furnace liquid passes between the protrusions 14 formed on the surface of the furnace plate, and is collected and recovered in the liquid collection hole. When dehydrating the strawberry that has been pushed into the furnace chamber 6 upon completion of the furnace work, high pressure water or high pressure vertical air is supplied from the supply hole 11 while keeping the furnace plate in a clamped state. Rubber sheet 4 attached to the surface of board 1
is expanded as shown in Figure 2, and the furnace temperature is compressed. The furnace liquid squeezed by this compression passes through the net 5 inserted between the furnace cloth and the rubber sheet and each of the protrusions 14, and is collected from the liquid collection hole in the same way as described above. become. As described above, the filter press according to the present invention can be expected to achieve the same furnace filtration and dewatering effects through exactly the same operation as the conventional high-pressure dehydration type filter press using a rubber sheet integrally formed with water guide grooves. The filter press according to the present invention uses a flat sheet as the rubber sheet for compressing the furnace air, and also uses ordinary silk as the water guide groove, and each of these is generally commercially available. This has the advantage that it can be provided at a much lower price than conventional rubber sheets with water guide grooves.

Moreover, since the rubber sheet only needs to be a flat sheet, it can be used for various types of furnace plates having different surface areas without being restricted by a mold like that of a subordinate furnace. Furthermore, since the surface of the above-mentioned rubber sheet is flat, it is easy to perform chemical-resistant treatment on the surface of the sheet, which was conventionally considered difficult in molding. Therefore, it is effective as a filtering device for wastewater discharged from the chemical industry, etc. There are advantages that can be taken advantage of.

Furthermore, since the rubber sheet of the present invention is flat and has a uniform thickness over its entire surface, when it is expanded under high pressure during dewatering of the furnace, the entire surface facing the furnace chamber is evenly expanded. Because it stretches, the material has the advantage of being able to be used for a long period of time without concentrating on fatigue.

In other words, because conventional rubber sheets have different wall thicknesses due to the formation of grooves, when they expand, the thinner parts at the bottom of the grooves mainly elongate, and as a result, fatigue concentrates in these parts, making them prone to damage and extremely shortening their lifespans. It was. In addition to the above-mentioned advantages as a filter press, particularly in the present invention, the porous plate forming the water guide grooves, that is, the entire structure may be a commercially available synthetic resin net, which can be obtained at a low price like a rubber sheet. Therefore, it is very advantageous in implementation, and at the same time, since this silk body can be easily attached to the monkey cloth by tying a string, it can be exchanged freely and easily. On the other hand, since this net body is fixed to the sarufu, it hangs together with the sarufu without falling when the sarufu is opened, and when closing the sarufu, it is attached at the same time as the sarufu is set. Since it is inserted and set between the rubber sheet and the opening/closing plate, there is no problem with the operation of the opening/closing plate, and it is possible to expect the same working efficiency as when liquid guide holes are provided on the surface of the rubber sheet.
