A decorative film is vacuum-formed into the surface shape of the base in advance using a mold, then inserted into the mold of an injection molding machine and then injected with resin. There were some products in which the molded film was inserted and formed into the shape of the mold using the pressure when injection molding the resin, making it tightly adhere to the resin.

Next, as shown in B, the decorative film sheet 5 is inserted so as to cover the entire upper part of the lower molding tank 2, the upper molding tank 1 is lowered, and the film sheet 5 is sandwiched between the lower and upper molding tanks. , 2 are sealed.

It becomes soft and easy to shape (easily stretch). After sealing the molding tanks 1 and 2, the vacuum valves 7 and 8 of the upper and lower molding tanks are opened, and the vacuum pump 9 is used to open the upper and lower molding tanks 1 and 2.
Make a vacuum inside 2. Next, when the insides of the upper and lower molding tanks 1 and 2 are vacuumed, close the vacuum valve 7 connected to the upper molding tank 1 as shown in C, and close the compressed air valve 10 connected to the upper molding tank 1. It is opened and air is blown in by the compressed air machine 11.

At that time, the lower molding tank 2 is in a vacuum state. When forming is completely completed, close the vacuum valve 10 as shown in D, and close the vacuum valve 8.
is closed, the upper molding tank 4 is raised, and the base 4 whose surface is decorated by laminating the film sheet 5 is taken out.

Below, we will produce stable film laminate decorations with good performance for structures that have internal air conditioning, structures that may deform or crack when compressed, or structures that have poor surface shape or wrinkle adhesion. A jig device that can be used will be explained in detail. If the film sheet 5 is to be laminated onto a small-sized base 4 with few internal cavities, it can be simply installed on the base plate 3, or a simple flat jig can be used to prevent cracking or deformation due to pneumatic force. However, in the case of a box-shaped product with a hollow interior as shown in Figure 2, or a complex-shaped product with grooves on the surface, simply installing it on the base plate 3 will not be enough to reduce the strength of the top surface. A good product could not be obtained due to deformation such as cracking at weak points, concave bending, or warping.

Ta. However, the problem here is to carry out the transformation without causing incomplete adhesion or wrinkles at the tangential portion of the base plate 3 and the substrate 1.

A wrinkle-removal board 13 is attached so that the wrinkle-retaining board 13 comes out below the receiver 12 without remaining on the surface, and the wrinkle-retaining board 13 has a wrinkle smoothing part 14 at the lower part and a wrinkle absorbing part 15 at the corner part. It is characterized by its structure with 16 attached. As a result of experiments, it was found that the dimension A of the wrinkle smoothing portion 14 of the wrinkle erasing plate 16 is preferably between 5 and 1 mm, and the dimension B is approximately the same as the thickness C of the plate. Furthermore, in order to eliminate poor adhesion at the ends of the base 4, the outer circumference of the wrinkled residual plate 13 is made slightly smaller than the outer circumference of the base 14, as shown in FIG. Before and after was the best. In addition, in this receiver 12, the base 4 is installed and the film 5 is laminated as shown in FIG. 5 in the process shown in FIG. It is important that the plate 13 and the wrinkle-eliminating plate 16 can be easily released from the mold after molding, and it is preferable to use materials to which the adhesive applied to the film 5 can easily adhere.

Further, a template agent or a release tape (for example, Teflon tape, etc.) may be applied to the wrinkle erasing plate 16.
Then, the receiver 12, the wrinkle remaining board 13, and the wrinkle erasing board 1
By removing the base body 4 from the base body 6 and cutting off unnecessary portions of the film 5, a product in which the film 5 is laminated on the base body 4 without wrinkles can be obtained.
