Boards came to be used that had various concave and convex grooves continuous in the longitudinal direction on the top surface to prevent slipping. This was the first thing that changed from a protective plate to a stair anti-slip device (Figure 16). After that, the development of various materials led to the development of anti-slip materials for stairs, including one in which an inverted T-shaped metal frame was integrally molded with anti-slip material made of hard rubber material (Fig. 17), In order to maintain the anti-slip effect and to allow partial replacement when the top surface is worn out, a fitting groove is formed in the frame of the metal rod so that the metal rod can be attached to and removed from the filling material made of European synthetic resin. Insets (Fig. 18) were devised and came into use.

なかつた。In this way, there has been a shift from protecting the corners of stairs to anti-slip products aimed at preventing stairs from slipping, and various improvements have been made, but mainly only the anti-slip effect on the foundation side has been emphasized. The corners of the stair cleats, which are the most likely to collide with when falling down the stairs, have metal frames and bases made of hard materials that protrude and are exposed, similar to the protective plate mentioned above. It was not possible to protect the stairs from collisions caused by the stairs, and safety on the stairs had not yet been achieved.

This tendency is particularly noticeable on stairs that are frequently climbed and descended, such as those in stations and department stores. Therefore, in a non-slip device such as that shown in Fig. 18, in which the filling material is removably inserted into the groove of the metal bar, the filling material must be replaced periodically or depending on the state of wear. was unable to maintain its functionality. However, as mentioned above, with this type of anti-slip, it is difficult to accurately judge when to replace the anti-slip because it wears out locally, and it is difficult to accurately judge when to replace it. Even if you replace
In many cases, the engaging portion of the metal frame was reduced and the filler material came off.

It is firmly fixed with anchors or adhesives to prevent it from wobbling or coming off in the middle, so when replacing the entire non-slip part, the stairs near the non-slip part must be destroyed to create a mounting surface for the non-slip part. This results in large-scale but complicated work such as repairing stairs, and worn-out anti-slips are often left as they are.Similar to protection plates using L-shaped plates, they are simply used to protect stairs that have lost their anti-slip effect. I have often seen cases in which anti-slip devices have been installed that are only worthy of this.

なる。The second purpose is to have an anti-slip effect and absorb the impact of falls, preventing injuries and maintaining safety. The third purpose is to be able to maintain a certain anti-slip effect and cushioning effect by replacing parts as appropriate depending on the degree of friction, and to protect the stairs by being fixed to the base of the stairs, and to protect the stairs. There is a roughly L-shaped fixed board with rigidity to form a non-slip mounting surface at the corner, and it is fixed to the top surface of this fixed board, and the flexibility of the fleshy part prevents stepping on it due to the load when going up and down. A soft anti-slip body with a slightly thick wall that absorbs pressure and has a cushioning effect at the tip of the anti-slip and a separation effect from the floor finishing material at the rear end, and almost the entire top surface of this anti-slip body. To provide a non-slip for stairs formed by laminating thin anti-slip strips which are detachably attached and can always maintain a stable anti-slip effect. The structure of the present invention will be explained based on the embodiments of the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the anti-slip according to the present invention is made of a rigid material that is fixed to the corner of the stairs. A substantially L-shaped fixed substrate A to be manufactured, a flexible and slightly thick anti-slip main body B fixed to the upper surface of the fixed substrate A, and this anti-slip main body B
It consists of a non-slip strip C that is removably attached to the top surface of the holder.

It is made of a highly rigid material such as a metal such as aluminum or brass or a hard synthetic resin, and a locking front line 2 that covers the riser surface of the stairs is vertically provided at the front end of the elongated horizontal piece 1 at a substantially right angle. The horizontal piece 1 has an abbreviated shape in cross section, and on the rear end side of the horizontal piece 1 there is a rising edge that partitions the space from the floor finishing material 8 attached to the treads of the stairs and forms a concave engaging part 24 on the inner wall thereof. A greenery 3 is erected and fixed to the stairs with appropriate anchors 4 fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal piece 1.

To prevent particulate matter such as mortar from adhering to the upper surface of the fixed substrate A or causing damage, as shown in FIG. 3, a foam or similar protective material 7 is temporarily attached and removed at the time of construction. is desirable. Also, when fixing the anti-slip after finishing the stairs, fix the horizontal piece 1 with adhesive, etc., and make the rising edge 3 a very slight rise of about 8 of floor finishing material such as tiles (not shown). figure). In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixed substrate A is not only made in advance into an L-shape by extrusion molding, but also has bending guides such as notches and stripes in a plate made of aluminum or the like that is relatively easy to bend. The strips are provided near the front and rear ends, and during construction, from this bending guide strip, one side is bent downwards and the other side is bent upwards, and the front green 2 and rising green 3

A buffer band having a hollow portion formed therein for absorbing tread pressure due to the load during lifting and lowering is formed on the top surface in a protruding shape at least on the tip side, and a swollen locking portion that is engaged with the concave engaging portion on the rear edge side. A flexible anti-slip body is provided, and a thin anti-slip strip with a non-slip part is removably locked in a lattice groove formed on the entire surface of the anti-slip body. The corner portion of the stair base is protected by the rigid fixed substrate, and the lower surface of the flexible anti-slip body is always supported in a stable state on the fixed substrate. A rising green is provided in the partition between the surface part and the floor finishing material, and a swollen locking part formed in the back green of the anti-slip body is engaged with a concave engaging part formed on the inner wall of the raised green. This prevents the rear end of the anti-slip body from lifting up due to tread pressure or sliding horizontally and peeling off, and also protects the tip of finishing materials such as tiles, and prevents the rear end of the anti-slip body from peeling off due to tread pressure. There will be no gaps between the two. Furthermore, a fixed base plate having rigidity, a flexible slightly thick anti-slip body fixed to the upper surface of the fixed base plate, and a medium-wide iron groove formed on the entire road surface of this non-slip body. It is formed separately from a thin anti-slip strip that is removably locked to the steel plate, so if you use the anti-slip strip alone or together with the non-slip main body, the wear and tear of the non-slip strip can be reduced. Alternatively, it is possible to perform partial repairs depending on the state of wear, and this can be done quickly and easily, and the stairs will not be damaged during such repairs.

It is installed in corners that are susceptible to damage, and absorbs the impact of falling accidents that occur when going up and down stairs, so you can always go up and down stairs safely.

階段用すべり止め。1 The horizontal piece and the locking front edge are formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the rear end side of the horizontal piece is provided with a rising edge whose inner wall serves as a concave engagement part to form a stair corner. A fixed base plate having rigidity that is fixed to the fixed base plate, and a slightly thick plate-shaped base fixed to the upper surface of the horizontal piece of this fixed base plate have a hollow part formed inside the distal end side and at least the upper side. A buffer band is provided on the rear end side, and a swollen locking portion is provided on the rear end side to be engaged with a concave engaging portion formed on the inner wall of the rising edge. A flexible anti-slip body that forms a wide fitting groove, and a thin-walled anti-slip body that is removably fitted and locked into the fitting groove of the anti-slip body and has an appropriate anti-slip part on the top surface. Anti-slip for stairs consisting of anti-slip strips.
