First, as shown in Fig. 1, this anti-slip device for buildings is a metal anti-slip device A that is formed in an angular shape and is fixed so as to cover the corner from the tread surface 21 to the riser surface 22 of the stairs S. 1 has been used for a long time, and as shown in FIG. 2, a non-slip device A 2 has been proposed in which the portion located on the tread 21 of the stairs S is formed of hard rubber or carborundum.

However, these anti-slip devices A 1 , A 2
This secures a foothold by preventing abrasion and damage to the corners of the stairs S, and exerts an anti-slip function based on this foothold to prevent falls on the stairs S. Accidents such as falls on stairs S cannot be completely prevented simply by adding anti-slip functionality to the corners of stairs S, and they often occur due to missteps or trips when going up and down. , anti-slip devices as mentioned above
In the case of A 1 and A 2 , since the anti-slip devices A 1 and A 2 at the corners of the stairs S are made of rigid bodies such as metal, it is easy to cause unexpected serious injury if they rub against the surface or get bruised. Ta. Also, these anti-slip devices
Since the surfaces of A 1 and A 2 were not flexible, they had the disadvantage that they could no longer exhibit sufficient anti-slip properties if they got wet with water or the like.

Metal concrete 4 with a fitting groove 42 in the part located at
1 and a soft synthetic resin filler 43 that is removably fitted into the fitting groove 42 has been proposed. In this non-slip building A2 , when the surface of the filling material 43 is worn out, only the worn filling material 43 can be easily replaced without replacing the entire non-slip material, thereby improving the anti-slip function. In addition to being able to maintain this for a long period of time, the anti-slip function of the part located on the tread 21 of the stairs S has been improved, and the feeling of stepping when going up and down has also been improved. is frequently used. however,
Even with this non-slip device A 3 for buildings, a rigid metal part is still exposed on the front side of the corner of the stairs S, so if a person going up or down accidentally falls down, the previous non-slip device A 1 , As with A 2 , there was a risk of causing serious injury.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, an upward fitting groove 45 is formed at the lower end of the locking front edge 44 of the metal concrete 41 fixed to the riser surface 22 of the stairs S. A non-slip building A 4 has been proposed in which a hanging piece 46 formed on the front end side of a filler material 43 is fitted, and the filler material 43 covers the corners of the stairs S from the tread surface 21 to the riser surface 22. There is.
This anti-slip A4 for buildings is the tread 21 of the stairs S.
In addition to exhibiting an excellent anti-slip function, by covering the entire corner of the stairs S with the filling material 43, it is possible to absorb some impact when a person falls down. However, even in this non-slip building A4 , the thickness of the hanging piece 46 is limited in order to prevent the filling material 43 from falling out, and furthermore, the thickness of the hanging piece 46 is limited on the back side of the hanging piece 46. Because of the location of the protrusions 47 and the like, it was not possible to sufficiently absorb the impact at this portion. One possible way to solve this problem is to increase the thickness of the filler 43, but simply increase the thickness of the filler 43, especially the part that covers the corner of the stairs S. Then, the stairs S in this part
As the protruding dimensions from the treads 21 and risers 22 of the stairs become larger, it becomes easier for people to get their feet caught when going up and down, which may cause the person going up and down to fall. I've reached my limit.

In this way, anti-slip devices installed at the corners of stairs can be used to prevent human factors such as physical and mental fatigue of climbers, fast walking or unconscious climbing, or external factors such as deficiencies in lighting or the stair structure itself. In order to prevent the various accidents that occur on stairs from becoming serious accidents such as broken bones or death, we not only have measures to prevent wear and damage to the corners of stairs and prevent them from slipping when going up and down, but also to prevent accidental falls. However, it must have the ability to absorb that shock and allow you to safely go up and down stairs.

In view of this point of view, the present invention is divided into a cushion material that exhibits cushioning properties exclusively at the corners of stairs that are subject to intensive tread pressure and impact, and a non-slip material located on the upper surface of the cushion material.
The cushion material is protected with a non-slip material so that its cushioning properties can be maintained for a long period of time, and the shock absorption at the corners of the stairs is increased, so that the anti-slip material alone can bear the burden of wear. As a result, it exhibits excellent shock absorption properties in the event of a fall accident of a person going up or down, making it highly safe and durable, especially on stairs at stations, department stores, theaters, etc. To provide a non-slip material for buildings suitable for stairs where people of a wide range of ages go up and down.

FIG. 17 shows a modification of the third embodiment, in which the thickness of the rear part 9 of the anti-slip material 3 is made thinner, and the deep groove part 4 of the frame 1 is fixed to the corner of the staircase S. Only the mounting base 26 is formed, and the shallow groove 5 of the frame 1 is placed on the tread 21 of the stairs S and fixed. Further, in this modification, a projection is formed at the center of the upper surface of the cushion material 2, and retaining grooves 7 are formed on both sides of the projection.
Further, on the lower surface side of the front part 8 of the anti-slip material 3, a concave groove into which the above-mentioned protrusion fits is formed in the center thereof, and latching protrusions 10 are formed on both sides of the concave groove, and the cushion material 2 also has a hollow groove. A strip 20 is formed.
Also in this modification, a hard synthetic resin substrate 2 integrally provided on the lower surface of the rear portion 9 of the anti-slip material 3
9 is firmly fitted into the shallow groove portion 5 of the frame body 1 to prevent the anti-slip material 3 from coming off.

In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the cushion material 2
The hardness of the anti-slip material 3 may be the same as the hardness of the non-slip material 3, or a difference may be made between the hardness of the two so that they can effectively absorb shocks ranging from small to large impacts. The hardness of the surface layer 3a and the bottom layer 3b constituting the material 3 can be made to be the same or different.

As mentioned above, the anti-slip for buildings of this invention is
The frame body has a deep groove part opened at least on the upper side and the upper front side in the front part, and a shallow groove part opened upward in the rear part, and is fixed from the corner part of the staircase to the tread; A cushion material that is attached to a deep groove of a frame body and has a latching groove on the upper surface or front surface exposed from the deep groove, and a latching protrusion that is fitted into the latching groove of this cushion material. It is composed of a non-slip material having a front part that covers the upper surface of the cushion material and a rear part that fits into the shallow groove of the frame, so that it can be easily hit at the corner of the stairs when a person falls down. The cushion material and the front part of the anti-slip material that covers the upper surface are located in this section, and there is no rigid frame exposed at the corner of this staircase. Even in the event of an impact, it can reliably absorb impacts from above, diagonally forward, and in front of the stairs, and the cushion material can absorb them sufficiently and effectively, which can lead to bone fractures or death. Since major accidents can be prevented, the safety of stairs is greatly improved. Moreover, the cushion material located at the corner of the stairs is protected by at least the front part of the anti-slip material that covers the top surface, and the cushion material located at the corner of the stairs is susceptible to friction due to tread pressure when going up and down. The front part of the anti-slip material is attached to the frame via the cushion material, so the cushion material improves its durability and provides excellent cushioning properties over a long period of time, absorbing shock. Wear on their surfaces is reduced and the durability of these cushioning and anti-slip materials is significantly increased. Therefore,
The anti-slip device of this invention for buildings is difficult to lift and lower.
Further, it is particularly useful for stairs where people of a wide range of ages climb up and down and accidents such as falls are likely to occur, and the safety of such stairs is significantly improved.
