DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a decorative surface such as a metal plate, a plaster plate, an asbestos slate plate, etc., in which high-density distribution areas and flat areas of sand are scattered in a mosaic manner to harmonize a natural and artificial feel. The present invention relates to a method for easily manufacturing a panel having a surface.

A specific example is a panel with a so-called mortar ricin texture, in which sand is uniformly dispersed on a colored iron plate. However, it is difficult to distribute sand uniformly, and it is merely imitated by mortar. Therefore, the special meaning of using metal plates etc. was merely to shorten the drying and curing time of the base, and its purpose was halved. Furthermore, if sand protrudes from the surface, it may fall off and deteriorate the appearance of the decorative surface. Furthermore, when sand is evenly distributed over the surface, the tone and color tone of the decorative surface is directly affected. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention proposes a method for producing a panel with a decorative surface that has a mixed appearance with intentionally flat islands and islands with a dense distribution of sand.

In the figure, 1 is a base material, for example, a plastic plate such as a metal plate, a plaster plate, an asbestos slate plate, etc., and 2 is a rough surface with concave surfaces 3 and convex surfaces 4 distributed in a mosaic manner. The height of the uneven surface is preferably about 3 ribs or less. 5
For example, one or more types of sand such as silica sand, colored silica sand, fluorite, siekrite, zeolite, glass particles, quartz powder, rock powder, ceramic powder, and other aggregate powders are used.

The coating film thickness at that time is about 20 to 100 microns (wet). This paint adheres the sand 5, repairs scratches formed on the uneven surface, and also selects the color, gloss, brightness, etc. of the decorative surface. In addition, the distribution and density of the sand should be such that the sand does not protrude outward beyond the top 4a of the convex surface, the sand is in close contact with each other, and a part of the outer contour of each sand grain is visible through the coating film. be. Next, a method for manufacturing a panel having a sand decorative surface according to the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5.

Therefore, the conveyor 7 is a conveyor 8 and a roller conveyor or a device 9 in which two V-belts are joined together between pulleys with a certain interval, and the sand scattering device 10 is a hopper 11, rollers 12, and a wire mesh 13. The heater 14 and the wire mesh are composed of a pipelator 15 which vibrates as necessary. Furthermore, an overcoat coating device (flow coater, spray gun, or roll coater) 16 is provided beyond that. Furthermore, in the case of forced drying, a production line equipped with a drying furnace 17 is prepared.
In addition, when a roll conveyor etc. has a function of imparting vibration to the base material 1, left and right collars 9a, 9 with different outer diameters are used.
It is also possible to have the function of arranging b alternately or randomly to impart weak vibrations to the base material while moving in a fixed direction. now,
A colored iron plate (0.27 willow) is formed as shown in Figure 6 and cut into, for example, 10 shaku pieces, the height difference of the unevenness of the decorative surface is about 0.8 side, and the sand is about 28 to 60 mesh. Assume that 240 to 30 particles are to be distributed. Further, the conveyors 8 and 9 rotate in the direction of the arrow at a speed of about 30 to 100/min, and the temperature of the dawning furnace 17 is set to about 100°C. Furthermore, the spray is set at a pressure of about 2 to 5k9/yen. In addition, the flow coater 16 applies paint using acrylic resin. -I am doing it. Therefore, the base material 1 is continuously layered on a conveyor 8, and when it reaches just below the sand scattering device 10, the sand that has been spread over an area larger than the decorative width falls onto the uneven decorative surface 2. At this time, the sand is heated to a temperature of approximately 30 to 10,000 degrees Celsius in order to disperse the sand and eliminate resistance when removing the decorative surface. Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, sand present on the convex surface and sand protruding from the top 4a of the convex surface on the concave surface are transferred to the roller conveyor 9 as shown in FIG. 3b. Substrate 1 by vibration applied by and spray gun s
Remove from the cosmetic surface. As the substrate 1 further advances, the coating material T, which is discharged from the coating device 16 in the form of a film, for example, is applied to the uneven decorative surface in a uniform thickness as shown in FIG. 3c. The discharged paint covers the sand, sand gaps and convex surfaces to form a decorative film, and serves to fix the sand onto the base layer 1. Next, this base material 1 is led out to a dovetail furnace 17, and the coating layer 6 is cured for a minimum of 1 minute. The panel thus obtained has an appearance as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, it is also possible to form irregularities on the surface of the plaster or the like and distribute the sand thereon as described above. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the method for manufacturing a panel having a sand-drink salmon surface according to the present invention, and the sand can be distributed at high density by spraying the sand a plurality of times. It is also possible to remove the sand on the convex surface by applying air suction, such as a vacuum cleaner, to the width of the panel. Furthermore, a transparent coating film or the like may be formed on the overcoat. As described above, according to the panel manufacturing method according to the present invention, the uneven decorative surface is effectively utilized to create a mosaic-like distribution of the flat portion and the portion where the surface is formed by closely laying sand. It has the characteristic of easily expressing natural, artificial, and material textures. In addition, it was possible to complete the process in just three steps, which normally requires three steps: applying a base coat to the base layer, spreading sand to remove the sand on the convex surface, and then applying an overcoat to the decorative surface. It has characteristics. Furthermore, since the sand is dried, excess sand can be removed while the substrate is being moved.
It is possible to improve the adhesion of the coating film.
