Apply adhesive paint, remove the paint on the convex pattern surface, then distribute sand on this decorative surface in a dense or coarse density, remove excess sand, and remove the paint on the surface of the convex pattern. This relates to a manufacturing device that oversprays a decorative surface and dries it. Metal thin sheets are often used as exterior materials for commonly used architectural panels.

Furthermore, although architectural panels are required to be highly fashionable, they have some drawbacks. In order to eliminate such defects, the present invention forms irregularities in a random pattern on the thin metal plate itself, fills only the concave surfaces with sand, and forms only a coating film on the convex surfaces, thereby creating a three-dimensional makeup. A manufacturing device for continuously producing building panels is provided.

This is because the thin metal plate A is conveyed between the rollers at a predetermined speed without so-called deviation or slip, and when they come into contact, the rubber etc. provided on the surfaces of the rollers R1'', R2''...Rn'' The purpose is to wipe off the paint through the elastic body and phase surface structure.6 is a sand scattering means that scatters sand 7 over the entire uneven patterned surface of the thin metal plate.
A sand spreading device according to No. 72568 is used.

They are installed in the same direction or opposite to the direction of travel, and so as to face each other at a certain inclination angle θ. This is because the removed sand 7 does not remain on the uneven patterned surface and needs to be blown out of the thin metal plate A from almost both sides thereof. 10 is a means for applying the decorative paint, such as a flow coater, a roll coater,
A coating method such as spraying is used to strengthen the adhesion of sand to the uneven patterned surface and to strengthen the color, gloss, or coating of the uneven patterned surface.

。FIG. 6 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a part of a building panel manufactured using the apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing a part of the cut part in an enlarged manner. Therefore, as the thin metal plate A, a colored iron plate (clay color) having a plate thickness of 0.27 Trrm and an emboss depth of 0.7 mm and having a pattern as shown in FIG. 72 formed thereon is prepared. Next, a sand adhesive paint (cream color) is applied to this uneven patterned surface to form a coating film P. This state is shown enlarged in FIG. 7a. In this case, the main component was an alkyd resin, the viscosity of which was set to about 800 to 1000 centipoise, and this was coated to a thickness of about 10 microns (wet) using a flow coater.
Next, the paint P existing on the convex surface while the paint film P is still uncured is removed by a wiping device (
For example, as shown in FIG. 4). Next, sand 7 is applied to this uneven patterned surface through the sand scattering means 6 as shown in FIG. 7c.
Scatter as shown in enlarged view. In this case, the sand adhesive paint is still in an uncured state. Next, the top 3 of the convex surface 3
Excess sand on the convex surface 3a and the concave surface 2 is removed from the sand 7 existing on the convex surface 3a and the concave surface 2 through the sand removing means 8, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 7d. This is to create a mixture of a flat surface and a highly undulating surface made of tightly packed fine sand, or a concave surface formed outside this surface. The purpose of this is to obtain a cosmetic surface that exhibits a novel appearance that is a harmonious combination of natural and artificial appearance. Moreover, at this time, it is preferable that the tops of the sand distributed on the so-called concave surface do not protrude beyond the top 3a of the convex surface 3 described above. This is effective in producing an image with unique color tone, brightness, etc. due to the effect of surface reflection by the top plane and diffuse reflection by the uneven surface of the concave surface. Next, a decorative paint (glossy, cream color) is applied to the convex surface 3 and the concave surface 2 on which sand is distributed, using means 10 (spray gun) for applying it, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. Apply approximately 30 microns (wet) to the surface.

Moreover, the coating film P'' made of this decorative paint protects the sand from falling off, the base from discoloration, etc. Next, the thin metal plate A is fed to the drying means 11.

A gas combustion type device was used, which had a 1-minute baking zone at 0 to 250°C. Further, as a conveying means, a belt was set at a speed of approximately 607 T1, Imin, and the thin metal plate A was conveyed to the baking furnace via this belt. In the case of the apparatus according to the first invention, the drying means is optional. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, and for example, a pre-drying means may be used in the portion shown by the dashed line in FIG.

Furthermore, by changing the relationship between the sand spreading amount of the sand spreading means 6 and the speed of the conveying means 11, the ground color a of the thin metal plate A is exposed due to agglomeration of sand as shown in FIG. 9. is also possible.

As described above, according to the decorative construction panel manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, a construction panel that exhibits a novel appearance in which a mirror-like convex surface and a raised surface formed from small grains such as sand are mixed is decoratively produced. It has the characteristic of being able to be manufactured in large quantities with uniform quality at high speed and continuously without damaging the surface.
