。以上詳述せるごとく、本発明端子圧着機によるときは
、切断被覆線後端部への端子圧着のための被覆線移動を
線材ガィド‘こ沿って行せて、移動途中における華下り
による線材引張りを防止するとともに被覆線端部を線村
ガイドの凹部内に落下せしめ、該凹部底と端子上面とで
線材先端部を直線状に保持して線材端部と端子との位置
ずれを皆無としたため良好な状態での端子圧着が可能と
なり、さらに端子圧着後に下流側線材クランプ装置の開
動作と同時に先端部を半円状に湾曲させた線材排出棒が
回動して被覆線を前記凹都内より上向きに叩き出すごと
くしたため、被覆線の排出が迅速且つ容易となる等多く

This prevents the end of the covered wire from falling into the recess of the wire village guide, and holds the tip of the wire in a straight line between the bottom of the recess and the top surface of the terminal, eliminating any misalignment between the end of the wire and the terminal. Terminals can be crimped in good condition, and at the same time as the downstream wire clamping device opens, a wire discharge rod with a semicircularly curved tip rotates to remove the covered wire from the recess. Since the wire is ejected upward, it has many effects such as quick and easy discharge of the covered wire.

Claims (1)
プ装置とにより被覆線を所定寸度に切断するとともに該
切断部両側の被覆を剥取り、さらに前記下流側線材クラ
ンプ装置が線材送給方向に対してほぼ直角方向に揺動し
て切断被覆線後端を前記切断刃群側部に配設した端子圧
着装置に向つて差出し、該被覆剥取端部に端子圧着を行
うごとくしたものにおいて、前記下流側線材クランプ装
置は、全体に線材送給方向に移動可能且つ該線材送給方
向に直角な一垂直面内で回動可能としたアームと、該ア
ームの先端に設けた開閉可能な一対の把持爪とから構成
し、これとは別に前記下流側線材クランプ装置と端子圧
着装置間において下端基部を切断刃群側部の線材送給軸
線近傍の機台に位置調整自在に固定し、線材移動軌跡よ
り若干上り曲線の円弧状に延び端子圧着ベツド前面部分
でU字状の凹部を形成した線材ガイドを設け、前記アー
ムが端子圧着装置に向つて回動停止した際移動さされた
被覆線の先端部を前記凹部内に落下せしめることにより
前記圧着ベツド上に載置した端子上に配置可能としたこ
とを特徴とする連続端子圧着機。 2 前記端子圧着装置の下方において線材送給方向に対
して直角な垂直面内で回動可能に下端基部を基台側面に
軸支した線材排出棒を設け、該線材排出棒は端子圧着後
に前記把持爪の開動作と同期して上向きに回動し、被覆
線を外方に叩き出すごとくしたことを特徴とする特許請
求の範囲第1項記載の連続端子圧着機。 3 前記線材排出棒は、前記下流側線材クランプ装置の
移動位置におけるアーム前・後部に離反して同軸に固定
した2本1組から成り、先端部を下方に半円状に湾曲さ
せて形成した特許請求の範囲第2項記載の連続端子圧着

A continuous terminal crimping machine characterized in that the tip of the moved covered wire is allowed to fall into the recess so that it can be placed on the terminal placed on the crimping bed. 2. A wire discharge rod is provided below the terminal crimping device, and the wire discharge rod is rotatably supported on the side surface of the base so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane perpendicular to the wire feeding direction. 2.
