Although products have been manufactured, there are few that have a difference in height between the convex parts, and in particular, there have been no products that have a cross-like appearance by adding irregularities on top of the convex pattern.

Next, the top coat layer is cured by heating to form a convex pattern.

It is. That is, at first, the heating is limited to just enough to harden the resin of the top coat layer to allow the resin to harden, and once the curing has progressed to a certain extent, heating to a temperature higher than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent in the convex pattern causes the convex pattern to disappear. Start foaming. However, since the resin of the top coat layer has been cured to some extent, the expansion of the convex pattern is significantly restricted, and although the convex pattern as a whole hardly expands, the volume only increases very slightly. However, even though the top coat resin is applied to a uniform thickness, there are local differences in thickness, especially at the top of the convex pattern, so the pressure for foaming the convex pattern ultimately depends on this. The foam is concentrated in the thinner part of the top coat resin at the top of the convex pattern, and foaming occurs in that part in a protruding manner, forming a second convex pattern 5 as shown in FIG. . The degree of protrusion of this second convex pattern and the degree of volume increase of the first convex pattern as a whole depend on the type of foaming agent and top coat resin used, and the level of top coat resin when the foaming agent begins to decompose. It varies depending on the degree of hardening, so select and adjust conditions depending on the desired appearance of the pattern.

Leave it for a while, and after the transparent resin hardens, heat it to 150℃ for 5 days.
When heated for a while, the entire convex pattern slightly foams and bulges a little, and the top of the convex pattern partially protrudes to form a second convex pattern, resulting in a decorative material that closely resembles an actual fabric. Ta.
