本発明は高速回転する調理機に関し、本体上に戦道する
容器内で円板を有する縄梓体を回転することにより、高
速回転する調理機でも、卵やクリームの泡立てを可能に

孔15より円板13上面側に流れる空気が、卵やクリー
ムの中を通るため、その空気の一部が卵やクリームに混
入し、卵やクリームの泡立てが出来る。又、円板13上
面、筒状部14の上面および側面には突出部がないため
、鷹梓体12が回転することにより泡立った卵やクリー
ムを破壊するようなことがない。以上のように本発明は
円板に設けた筒状部の孔から効果的に材料中へ空気を送
り込むため、材料の泡立ちがきわめてよく短時間に所定
