性樹脂のフィルム3により包皮したところの詰め物4が
予め用意されると共に、二分割された金型5,5内で真
空成型法により未加稀成型されるところのインナーチュ
ーブ8内に前記詰め物4が封入され、しかる後談インナ
ーチューブがカナ型内で加熱加硫され詰め物4のフィル
ム3が熱破壊されることにより皮肩1やスポンジ肩2等
をインナーチューブ8内で膨脹し均一に分散させるよう
にしたものである。

る後該インナーチユーブがカナ型内で加熱加硫され詰め
物のフイルムが熱破壊されることにより皮屑やスポンジ
屑等をインナーチユーブ内で膨脹し均一に分散させるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする詰め物入り球技用ボールの製
造法。
