The articles are stacked one by one while being transferred manually or by a transport machine. For example, when a transport machine 41 is used as shown in FIG. , a spacer 44 is provided under this table 42, and this spacer 44 is captured by the transport machine 21 and placed on the pallet 46 of the workbench 45.
Stacking is carried out step by step, but in this transport machine, the transport machine 41 is lowered to the spacer 44, and the spacer is stacked.
44 is captured, the transport machine 41 is raised, the transport machine 41 is moved laterally onto the pallet 46, the transport machine 41 is lowered onto the pallet 46, the spacer 44 is released, the transport machine 41 is raised, and the transport machine 41 is laterally moved to the initial position. Since each stage requires a large number of steps (eight steps), it takes a long time to transport and stack each stage, which is inefficient, and also requires a lot of power and costs. In addition, with this conventional transport machine, both ends of the heavy subaser, which is loaded with a large number of sections in parallel, are captured and transported by the transport machine, and then released after transportation. The catching part is easily deformed, and if deformed, it becomes difficult to catch it reliably or it becomes easy to fall off during transportation. The drawback is that maintenance such as repairing the server requires a large amount of cost and effort.

This invention eliminates these drawbacks of the conventional method, reduces the steps required to stack one layer, and transfers the stacked items all at once, reducing time and improving the efficiency of stacking and transferring. The purpose of this is to reduce the cost and labor required for stacking and transporting items, and to proceed with work smoothly by using or processing items that have been processed first.

In the apparatus of the present invention, articles such as aluminum profiles are placed on one or more plurality of tables, a longer spacer is provided below the article than inside the article, and the article is transferred from below to the stocker together with the spacer. This relates to a device in which a predetermined number of articles are stacked on the stocker by locking the spacer one step at a time with claws provided on the stocker, and then the stocker is transferred from the upper part of the stocker to another location.

This stocker 5 is a stocker 5 with side walls provided downward at both front and rear ends in the direction of movement of the profile 3, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the tape loop 2, and whose sides are in an inverted concave shape. A transfer device 6 consisting of wheels 8 is provided on the top of the stocker 5, and the wheels 8 of the transfer device 6 of the stocker 5 are placed on a frame 9. Further, claw pieces 10, 10 are provided at both lower ends of the stocker 5, facing each other.
A stopper 12 is provided at a location corresponding to the claw piece 10, which is rotatably supported by the shaft 11 on the river stocker 5, and which stops the claw piece turtle 0 at a substantially horizontal position.
An operating punch 1 is attached to the end of the shaft 11 protruding from the stocker 5.
Fix 3. A predetermined number of sections 3, for example, six sections 3 as shown in the figure, are arranged orthogonally in parallel on the tables 1 and 2, and a section with a length greater than that of the six section sections 3 is placed on each baser lifting device 4. After placing the baser 14 having the shape toward the inside of the shape, by raising each of the baser lifting devices 4, the six shape modules 3 rise together with the plurality of basers 14 and enter the stocker 5. go.

When entering the stocker 5, the claw pieces 10, 10G provided opposite to each other at the lower end of the stocker 5 are pushed upward by the baser 14 protruding from the profile 3, so that the stocker 5 rotates around the shaft 11. However, as the baser 14 rises further, the claw pieces 10, 10 escape diagonally upward.
4, the claw piece 10 rotates downward under its own gravity and stops at the stopper 8, returning to its original almost horizontal orientation. After the claw piece 10 is removed from the spacing device 14, the lifting of the spacing device 4 is stopped, and then the spacing device 4 is lowered to lift the spacing device 14 above the spacing device 4. are engaged with the claws 10, 10' on both sides, and the shapes 3 on the spacer 14 are first stacked on the first stage stocker 5.

After being transferred, the stack of sections 3 is taken out from the stocker 5 by an appropriate means.
Place the pallet base 6 on the lid 15 as shown in the figure.
Then, raise the stack of sections 3 a little in the stocker 5, then rotate the operation module 13 by more than 90 degrees with the claws 10, 10 upwards to retract the claws 10, and lower the lifter 15. , or by lifting the stocker 5, etc., to take out the stack of shapes 3 from the stocker 5.

Another example of taking out is to raise the stacked body of Katamura a little with the lifter, and then move the lifter to the side (front and back direction in Figure 6), or move the stocker 5 to the side. and take it out. After taking out the stack of shapes from the stocker 5, rotate the operation panel 13 and remove the claw piece 10.
is restored, the stocker 5 is moved onto a predetermined table along the frame 9, and stacked one by one on the stocker 5 again. It should be noted that, although it is possible to manually feed the baser 14 onto the baser lifting device 4, as shown in FIG. The cylinder 19 may automatically supply the material to the recess 4' on the baser lifting device 4 by lifting it up by the elevator 18 and automatically supplying it to the recess 4' on the baser lifting device 4.

The stacking and transferring device of the present invention is capable of supplying a spacer, raising and lowering a spacer lifting device, or lowering a stocker.
Objects can be stacked one layer at a time with a small process of lifting. One pallet or a predetermined number of stacks can be transferred in one go, reducing the time required for stacking and the time required for transfer. It can be shortened and the power required for stacking and transport can be comparatively reduced, making it highly efficient, and it is possible to stack and transport by reducing the cost of power and other costs.

Furthermore, since the stacking and transferring device of the present invention raises the spacer on which the articles are placed from below when stacking, the spacer is less likely to be deformed, and even if the spacer is slightly deformed, there is no problem with stacking. Even if the baser can be used repeatedly as it is, the repair and maintenance costs and labor required for stacking and transporting can be reduced compared to conventional ones.

The stacking and transferring device of the present invention sequentially stacks and transfers articles such as products and semi-finished products from the bottom to the top, so that the articles are placed on top first and are processed in order from the top. Items that should be left for a certain period of time before being processed, such as an insulating profile in which the grooves of an aluminum profile are filled with molten thermoplastic synthetic resin, are cooled and solidified. After leaving the item for a certain period of time, the item is transferred to the next process, and the previous item is used or processed first, allowing the work to proceed smoothly.
