However, the surface of the decorative board produced by this method can be completely glossy or completely matte (the degree of gloss can be selected such as 3-minute gloss, 7-minute gloss, etc.) depending on the type of mirror surface plate used during heating and pressure pressing. ), which was extremely unsatisfactory in terms of design. Therefore, a method of using a mirror plate with an uneven surface was proposed, but there were problems such as the inability to create deep embossing due to the amount of resin, and difficulty in synchronizing with the design, so it was not sufficiently effective. I couldn't. The present invention has been made in order to eliminate these problems, and by creating a glossy part and a matte part that match the design on the surface of the decorative board, giving a visual unevenness to the surface, it is extremely The aim is to manufacture decorative laminates with a high degree of design.

First, as shown in Fig. 1, a pattern made of normal ink 2 is placed on a base paper 1 with good permeability, and an ink 3 whose pH is more acidic than the normal ink (hereinafter referred to as acidic ink) or more than the normal ink. Ink with pH on the alkaline side 4
(hereinafter abbreviated as alkaline ink) is applied to create printing paper.

The combination of inks at this time may be normal ink and acidic ink, normal ink and alkaline ink, or normal ink, acidic ink, and alkaline ink. Next, a thermosetting resin whose curing is accelerated by an acid curing agent, such as a fast-curing melamine resin, is impregnated to prepare impregnated paper.
Next, the impregnated paper is heated and pressed onto a base material 5 such as plywood or particle board using a heat and pressure press machine. At this time, when pressing under normal press conditions using a full-gloss to 5-separation mirror surface disc, the part with normal ink 2 hardens normally and becomes the same gloss 6 as the mirror surface disc, whereas the acidic ink 3
The area with the alkaline ink 4 is slightly over-cured and becomes completely matte 7, and the area with alkaline ink 4 is slightly under-cured and similarly becomes completely matte 7. Therefore, the difference in gloss between No. 6 and No. 7 gives a visually uneven feeling. As the base paper with good permeability, titanium paper, kraft paper, tissue paper, etc. made of sulfide pulp, kraft pulp, etc. can be used, but it is preferable that the pH thereof is as close to neutral as possible.

Therefore, when impregnating printing paper with a pattern using only Ink 2, the base paper is It is necessary to adjust the pH of the impregnating solution in advance. As the base material, wood boards such as plywood and particle board, fiberboards such as insulation boards, inorganic boards such as asbestos straight boards and pulp cement boards, metal boards, synthetic resin boards, and others can be used.

It can be applied by other conventionally known methods, and the design can be a wood grain pattern, an abstract pattern, a geometric pattern, a stone grain pattern, or others. The most suitable method for carrying out heating and pressure pressing is a flat pressure press machine having a heating plate that can be heated by a heat source such as steam or an electric heater, but the method is not limited to this method.

Also, the gloss of the mirror surface to be used should be between full gloss and 5 degrees. The decorative laminate having the above configuration can be manufactured without making any changes to the conventional manufacturing process of thermosetting resin decorative laminates in each of the printing process, impregnation process, and heating and pressurizing process. Its uses are wide-ranging, including furniture materials, cabinet materials, and interior decoration materials.
