Decorative materials with a cured coating surface have many demands,
It is produced by various coating film curing methods, including heat curing, photocuring, and electron beam curing. The present invention is made of wood or
To form an electron beam-cured coating film on the surface of an inorganic substrate, apply an electron beam-curable paint to the surface to which patterned decorative paper has been pasted in advance using an emulsion type or solvent-based adhesive, and apply the paint. After applying an air-blocking film to the surface, the coating layer is cured by electron beam irradiation, and then the adhered film is peeled off to create a uniform surface coating with high hardness and relatively flexibility. An impact-resistant decorative material is obtained by laminating the decorative paper on the base material surface via a decorative paper adhesive layer having the following properties. Conventionally, in the coating hardening method using electron beam irradiation, in air, the polymerization and crosslinking reaction of the paint by oxygen radicals is suppressed, resulting in poor curing, so it is necessary to carry out in an inert gas atmosphere such as nitrogen. Nitrogen gas is always fed evenly to keep the oxygen concentration below about 600 PPM, but in the case of decorative materials that have a large area, even if you adjust the nitrogen gas air volume and the placement of the blowing port, it will spread over the entire surface. It is extremely difficult to maintain a uniform atmosphere, and it is difficult to obtain uniformity on the cured surface, resulting in the problem that uneven gloss tends to occur.

Moreover, the increase in production costs due to nitrogen gas injection has an unavoidable disadvantage. The object of the present invention is to obtain a decorative material with excellent surface properties, including solving the above-mentioned disadvantages.

以下、本発明の実施例を、図面とともに説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The electron beam curable paint 4 is made of unsaturated polyester, polyester acrylate, urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyether acrylate, melamine acrylate, etc. Following the application of the paint, a film 5 is applied and lightly squeezed with a roller. By doing so, the adhesive is pasted without entrapping air, resulting in the state shown in the first figure.
As the film 5, a film is selected that is inert to the electron beam curing paint used and has air barrier properties.
Synthetic resin films such as polyester, polypropylene, and vinylon, cellulose films (cellophane), and aluminum foils are suitable. The laminate in the state shown in the first diagram is then
Electron beam irradiation is performed in an air atmosphere to form an electron beam curing type paint 4.
Let the layer harden. Since the film 5 blocks oxygen in the air, there is no need for an inert gas atmosphere as in the conventional case, and if the film 5 is peeled off after curing as shown by the dotted chain line 5', the cured painted surface becomes a film. The surface condition of film 5 is transferred as is, and by selecting the film 5, any surface condition such as gloss, matte or uneven pattern can be obtained.
The film 5 can also serve as a surface protection material during the product distribution stage. Specific examples of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be shown below.

Example A vinyl acetate-based emulsion adhesive (solid content 50%) was applied uniformly to the surface of particle board at a rate of 90%, and then a pattern was printed with acrylic ink at a rate of 23%/force. After laminating and pressing the decorative paper, 10500,
After heat treatment for 1 minute, polyester acrylate was coated on the top surface by curtain coating method every 60 minutes, a polyester film with a thickness of 50 mm was applied to the surface, and after degassing by roller pressure bonding, electronic Line irradiation was performed using an accelerator under the conditions of an accelerating voltage of 300 kV, an irradiation current of 30 skin A, and a dose of Q Mrad.
