本発明は枠材と面材との接着を容易にできるようにした

ルのェマルジョンタィプの接着剤は塗布作業が簡単にで
きる反面初期粘着力に乏しくまた乾燥が遅いために面材
が反っていると端部が浮き上がったり、積層時に面村が
ずれ易くなり枠材に面材を円滑に接着できないと言う欠

ーラー4を通過したのち縦桟11,11の凹条溝7,7
にホットメルト系の粘着剤8を上方よりノズル18で直
線状に連続して流しみ、次に枠材1の表面に面材2を積
層接着してフラッシュパネルを構成するのである。また
ここで、面材2を枠材1に積層接着せしめるには、面材
2を枠材1に積層したのち仮圧縦して先ず粘着剤8で接
着し、次にロールプレス、平板プレス等の常用の加圧手

マルジョン系の接着剤を塗布ローラーで塗布するととも
に、この枠材に面材を積層接着せしめてなるフラッシュ
パネルの製造法において、上記枠材の縦千美の一部に全
長にわたって凹条溝を形成せしめたのち、この枠材に塗
布ローラーでェマルジョン系の接着剤を塗布するととも
に、縦桟の凹条溝にホットメルト系の粘着剤を流し込み
、次に面材を枠材に積層接着せしめることを特徴とする
フラッシュパネルの製造法であるから、塗布ローラーで
枠材にェマルジョン系の接着剤を簡単に塗布できるとと
もに、縦桟の凹条溝にホットメルト系の粘着剤を流し込
んで簡単に塗布できるのであり、この粘着剤で枠材に面
材を仮圧締するだけで瞬時に接着でき、面材が反ってい
る場合でも、枠材に面材を容易にしかも正確に接着でき

を流し込み、次に面材を枠材に積層接着せしめることを
