Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は枠材と面材との接着を容易にできるようにした
フラッシュパネルの製造法に関するものである。

フラッシュパネルの製造法は知られているが、酢酸ビニ
ルのェマルジョンタィプの接着剤は塗布作業が簡単にで
きる反面、初期粘着力に乏しくまた乾燥が遅いために面
材が反っていると端部が浮き上がったり、積層時に面村
がずれ易くなり枠材に面材を円滑に接着できないと言う
欠点があった。

を形成し、次にこの縦桟の非塗布部分にホットメルト系
の粘着剤を塗布せしめた後、面材を枠材に積層接着せし
めることを特徴とするフラッシュパネルの製造法である
から、塗布ローラーで枠材にェマルジョン系の接着剤を
簡単に塗布できるとともに、枠材の縦桟に塗布ローラー
の凹溝で接着剤の非塗布部分を簡単に形成できるのであ
り、この非塗布部分にはホットメルト系の粘着剤が円滑
に塗布され、この粘着剤で枠材に面材を仮圧縦するだけ
で瞬時に接着でき、面材が反っている場合でも、枠材に
面材を容易にしかも正確に接着できる効果がある。

るフラツシユパネルの製造法において、上記枠材の縦桟
に対向するとともにこの縦桟の中より狭い巾の凹溝を塗
布ローラーの外周面に設け、この塗布ローラーで枠材の
表面にエマルジヨン系の接着剤を塗布するとともに、凹
溝で縦桟に全長にわたつて非塗布部分を形成し、次にこ
の縦桟の非塗布部分にホツトメルト系の粘着剤を塗布せ
しめた後、面材を枠材に積層接着せしめることを特徴と
するフラツシユパネルの製造法。
