分に行われないという欠点がある。(Prior art) Conventionally, knitted bran wire mesh is wrapped in a bag as it is, polymerized, and compression molded into a predetermined shape to form a cushion body for supporting a honeycomb for exhaust gas purification of an internal combustion engine.
Although it is known from Japanese Patent Application No. 91, the cushion body made by this method has a mesh that is simply left without being polymerized and crushed in a flat shape, so that the strands of the polymerized mesh are hardly intertwined with each other, and therefore the surface of the cushion body is not crushed. The loops of the wire are free and protrude upwards, so when inserting the honeycomb, it gets caught on this, and it is difficult to insert it into the specified position. Also, the strength of the catalyst type honeycomb is weak, so it may crack or break. In the bonding direction of the mesh, the wires are bent, so they have sufficient elasticity, but in the polymerization direction, the wires are simply pressed while being polymerized, so they have almost no elasticity, and are resistant to vibrations in all directions. It has the disadvantage that vibration absorption is not sufficiently achieved because it does not have a sufficient cushioning effect.

を詳細に説明する。As a result, the strands of the polymerized final woven wire mesh are oriented in each direction, and as they are compressed, adjacent strands are often entangled, and since the strands are compressed while facing in each direction, It has sufficient elasticity and can sufficiently absorb vibrations in each direction, and the loops of the strands are not free on the surface due to entanglement, so the surface is smooth and does not get caught when incorporating the honeycomb, and improves dimensional accuracy. This has the effect that it is possible to Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

ある。Item 1 in Fig. 1 is made of cylindrical wire mesh with a cylindrical shape, and there are no irregularities on its surface. This is pressed into a fan flat shape and passed between well-known corrugation rollers to form a wave shape as shown in FIG. This corrugated knitted green wire mesh 2 is reused as the original cylindrical wire mesh 3 as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the polymer is wrapped in a uniform bag to form a cyclic polymer 4, or as shown in FIG. 5, it is wrapped in a circular bag to form a cyclic polymer 5, or as shown in FIG. A polymer 6 is obtained by polymerizing different corrugated knitted wire nets in multiple concentric shapes, and various annular cushion bodies 7 as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10 are formed.
Compression molding to 8, 9, 10. In addition, a band-like woven wire mesh is made into a wave shape as shown in Fig. 2, and a predetermined number of these pieces are superimposed to form various annular cushion bodies 7, 8 as shown in Figs. 7 to 10.
, 9, 10 may be compression molded. (Effects) According to the present invention, the cushion body is constructed by polymerizing a large number of finished rear knitted wire meshes, which are pressed flat with a corrugated lo-fu and subjected to corrugation processing, and compression-molded into a predetermined shape. The strands of Ryasu knitted wire mesh are oriented in each direction, and as they are compressed, adjacent strands are often entangled, and the strands are compressed and oriented in each direction, so they have sufficient elasticity in each direction. It can sufficiently absorb vibrations in each direction, and since the loops of the strands are not free on the surface due to entanglement, the surface is smooth and there is no snag when incorporating the honeycomb, and the dimensional accuracy can be improved. It is something that you have.
