とするものある。In recent years, with the development of building materials such as aluminum sashes and ceiling materials, it has become easier to insulate the interior and exterior to block external noise generated by transportation, and to use air conditioning equipment more efficiently. It's starting to look like this.
As a result, the airtightness of the room has improved. On the other hand, in the case of lighting equipment used indoors, the built-in discharge lamp ballasts are often made into pongee-shaped ballasts and lightened in weight. For this reason, the noise generated from the ballast tends to be higher, and when these factors are combined, the noise generated by the lighting equipment resonates more loudly in the room than before, which has become a problem. Therefore, when attaching a ballast to a lighting equipment in order to reduce the noise generated by the lighting equipment, measures are taken such as interposing an elastic material such as rubber packing between the lighting equipment and the ballast. In addition to disadvantages such as an increase in the number of parts and complicated assembly, another problem is that a large space is formed between the ballast and the main body of the device, which significantly impairs the heat dissipation of the ballast. occured. The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the reflector plate can be attached to the open surface of the luminaire body by means of a reflector mounting bracket attached to the side surface of the luminaire body while avoiding the surrounding green area of the open surface of the luminaire body. A gap is formed between the periphery and the mounting surface such as the ceiling to prevent direct contact, reducing noise without increasing the number of parts or assembly man-hours, and without impairing the heat dissipation characteristics of the ballast. The object of the present invention is to provide a luminaire for a discharge lamp with a high temperature.

Three paths can be considered: resonance sound becomes noise, vibration of the ballast is transmitted from the device body to the reflector and the resonance sound generated by vibrating the reflector becomes noise, and a combination of these. However, as a result of various studies, it was found that the noise caused by the vibration of the reflector plate was the largest.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. 1 is a device body formed by bending a steel plate into a U-shape so that one side is an open surface 9. A ballast 3 is housed inside the U-shape, and lamps are installed at both ends. Socket mounting fittings 6, 6 are provided for mounting the sockets 5, 5.

Accordingly, a gap 11 on the 0.5 side or more is formed and positioned between the surrounding green part 10 and the reflecting plate 2 so that the surrounding green part 10' of the open surface 9 of the instrument main body 1 does not come into contact with the surrounding green part 10'. ing.

In the luminaire for discharge lamps configured in this way, the reflector mounting bracket 4 is attached to the side surface part 9 of the fixture body 1 while avoiding the peripheral part 11. Vibration transmission from the peripheral portion 11 forming the free end to the mounting bracket 4 is reduced.

を表1に示す。Moreover, since the reflector 2 is attached to the instrument body 1 in a floating state separated from the mounting surface 12 and the instrument body 1, the vibration of the stabilizer 3, which is the vibration source, is generated by the instrument body 1 and the reflector 2. It is completely blocked by the cavity 11.
Furthermore, even if the mounting surface 12 is made of a material such as metal that has high steel properties and is prone to vibration, since it is not in contact with the mounting surface 12, the transmission of vibration from the mounting surface 12 is limited. It doesn't happen. Therefore, the vibration of the reflector plate 2, which is a major cause of noise, can be suppressed without intervening a vibration isolating material such as a rubber packing between the fixture body 1 and the ballast 3, which greatly reduces noise as a lighting fixture. This will result in a decrease in Next, regarding a lighting fixture for a discharge lamp that uses a 40W rabbit start type poppy, a light lamp, and a series sequential start type ballast for two lights, the fixture body 1 and the ballast 3 are directly attached, and Conventional product 1 has a configuration in which the reflector 2 is in contact with the surrounding green part 1 of the device body 1, Conventional product 2 has a ballast 3 attached to the device body 1 via a rubber packing (not shown), and the ballast Table 1 shows a comparison of noise with the product of the present invention in which the reflector plate 3 is directly attached to the instrument body and a gap 11 of 1 willow is formed between the reflector plate 2 and the instrument body 1.

As long as the range is not physically transmitted, the effect remains the same even if it is narrower. Furthermore, although the example in Table 1 shows a ceiling-mounted fixture for two lights, there is no restriction on the number of lights.

The vibration of the reflector is suppressed as much as possible by preventing the reflector from coming into direct contact with both the device body and the mounting surface, so there is no need to attach the stabilizer to the device body via a vibration isolation plate as in the past. , a lighting for discharge lamps that makes it possible to significantly reduce noise without increasing the number of parts or assembly man-hours, and because the ballast can be in close contact with the fixture body, without deteriorating the heat dissipation characteristics of the ballast. Equipment can be provided.
